You should try a challenge where you color coordinate her food for a week, for example on Monday you pack her all pick food, Tuesday you pack her all purple food, ect. I think Bella would love it!

Poor Bella Boo I hope your finger feels better. I have a suggestion for Bella’s lunch... I really love watermelon pops so what you do is cut up watermelon into little bites then add some other fruit to it and it’s a really fun summer treat.

My son goes to speech and Occupational therapy once a week. The place where he goes to OT, has one of those glass type doors that opens like a regular door. 3weeks ago, we were at OT and at the end of the sessions, the therapists come out and talk to you, review what they worked on, etc. my son likes to go out and play with one of his friends while we talk. So that day, he was getting ready to go out the door and one of the kids moms was talking to her daughters therapist at the door. She was holding the door open and she was outside while the therapist was inside. My son started screaming and I almost turned around and told him to stop yelling and go out and play. At the same time, another parent was coming in with their child so the mother holding the door opened it wider. My son started screaming even louder. The therapist standing at the door talking to the mother outside finally realized that my sons hand was in the door jam where the hinges are. When she opened the door, it pinched him hand even harder. The therapist grabbed the door from her and pulled my sons hand out. This all happened within about a 10 sec span and as soon as I realized why he was screaming, i jumped up and grabbed him. His thumb, the palm under his thumb and his index finger were already swelling and purple. We had an ice pack on it while we filled out the incident report but on the way home, he wouldn’t keep it on so I drove through McDonalds and got him a shake which I knew he had to hold with both hands to drink lol. Luckily that worked. When we got home, I called the nurse advice line and they told me to give him Tylenol, and splint it (which is all they really do for fingers anyways. If it was still swollen within 48 hours to take him in (it wasn’t bleeding) the next day the swelling had sent down but a bunch of skin was hanging (just the outer layers so we kept it wrapped for a couple days. Now he just has a small scar on his thumb but when we get ready for OT now, he screams and says No that’s the place with the bad door :/ hope Bella’s finger is feeling better now.
Oh my goodness! My stomach was hurting the entire time I was reading that. Poor sweet baby! Ugh doors suck. I bet that lady felt horrible. Good thinking though getting that shake!
Hey a good recipe is so cool it’s a snack ok so crush some cereal any kind I recommend captain crunch and then put some honey over it and mix it up and it makes a good mix and then you can get any type of sweet stick like a fun dip stick or you can just get dried up mango candyAnd for the mixer for it and it makes amazing snack
Idea for lunch...So get bread, peanut butter and jelly (strawberry) preferably but then get the bread to be a cylinder and put peanut butter and jelly in them and then put the bread on the top and bottom.
