I always use that same kind of spray in my Air fryer. I never have a problem with it. I love watching you make lunches for Bella. I watch to get ideas for lunches my 2 kids. You are doing a great job. I also have decided to virtual learning this year with my 2 due to covid 19.
I've heard of people doing it with tofu! Just make sure you dry it really well if you're going to deep fry it. The water and oil will pop a ton! I'm not vegetarian/vegan, but I have a food allergy. So I always like to know substitutes in case someone comes to my house who has a food restriction :)

Top 3 things to make in the air fryer (imo) is definitely asparagus, chicken nuggets (or other breaded food like that), and french fries / hash browns. The asparagus is probably the odd one out here, but it gets so beautifully crispy!

My knife skills are HORRIBLE! I actually sliced my thumb a little when I was doing the cucumber. I cut that part out because it was stressful for me to watch back🤣 even though it turned out not to be that deep of a cut. I got way too grossed out by it. I need to BE MORE CAREFUL lol
