Thank you so much!! This help a lot. We lost our grandma a while back and my mom was wanting a picture of her and she only has one left so I wanted to make one of these for her.
Yes you could. For this particular example you would create an offset and then flatten the offset and image together. To learn more about print then cut watch this video th-cam.com/video/z2XfelG1OuU/w-d-xo.htmlsi=WFV-5wE9R3KFd_au
Hi! I would really like to know more about this - could you like your follow up video to this one please? I tried to find it in your playlists but not sure which one 🙂. Also, have you used the 2 external sites often? I get nervous about converting sites - malware, etc. Thank you!
I’ll attach the video I made after this one, using the same design. The sites I mentioned have been okay (so far my computer has been fine) just keep in mind that the images won’t always be perfect or high quality. I no longer use the back ground removing site as iPhone did an update and you can now do this right on your phone which is awesome - so I may need to do a new video! th-cam.com/video/k_fogc0gaew/w-d-xo.html
If you’re doing Print then cut you do not need an SVG, you can upload PNG and JPEG files. You can also create your own messages using text and different fonts within Design Space without having to upload files.
@@littlecraftnest okay, so I bit confused 🙈. Can I upload a photo image without having to make it an SVG? I just don't let me the results. Can you teach me how to change the text from an uploaded file? Please. Thank you.
@elizabethramos6454 You can upload an image without making it an SVG but your Cricut would only cut around the outline of a photo. So if you upload a photo that is a rectangle, your Cricut would cut out a rectangle. You cannot edit the text of an upload file but you can type out your own text in Design Space.
What if you use your phone and cricut joy app?
Hi mam I'm getting link when I download svg image please resolve

I that would be such a wonderful gift! Thanks for sharing.
Very cool! Is there a way you could do a "print then cut" with the svg image so to eliminate all the weeding?

@@littlecraftnest Thank you! I should have let you know I found your f/up video a but later 🙂
I can’t do it from my phone. I was able to remove background. Do you know another good site to change to svg for free?
You can try remove.bg or picsvg .com
The quality is not always the best on the free sights but it’s worth a try.
I’m going on my walk with the dogs now so I’ll call 😢🎉❤
Thank you so much this method works for me. I'm now about to cut a 23.5x11.5 wall art
Awesome. Have fun crafting!

I like to know if it's necessary to have to use an SVG file to be able to add my own message and cut on Cricut?
