Broke this multiple times before giving up. I found the crust count arrows constraint to be unclear. I did not interpret it as combining both arrows. I read it as the number of crust cells in each direction need to be the same. Need more clarity in the rules.
The "Sandwich" rule needs clarifying that it only applies to cells outside the grid _that also have arrows._ I got quite a ways into the puzzle assuming otherwise (which turns out to be impossible -- if every number outside the grid is a single-digit sandwich clue, no sandwich can have a sum greater than 9, which isn't the case)
@@danielszanto2955 That's true. I guess I assumed it meant "digits" since the online interface doesn't allow you to input a two-digit number into a single cell.
@@highelectricaltemperature I have to agree that the rules were not easy to follow, it took me more than usual to be assured that I understand them. I couldn't decide whether they were intentionally meant to be cryptic or not.
This hurt my brain, but in a good way! Finished in 12:17 (conflict checker off), many thanks to RockyRoer for a very cool puzzle, and to BremSter for presenting it!
If you want to solve a sudoku with NO given digits (not even from clues), watch the video first. Don't make the same mistake I did, you're not Bremster or Goodliffe.
For some reason this wasn't an easy puzzle for me and I needed your help today. Thanks 😊

You could fill them since the rules state numbers, not digits for the sandwich clues.

24:25 with lots of help from Bremster.
This was quite tough .
Nice puzzle tho.
Thanks to Bremster for the help and Rocky for the puzzle.
I got pretty frustrated before realizing the total between 1-6 could technically be 0. I didn't care for that detail being omitted from the rule set.

Finished in 7:58.
A Good and easy one, It felt I could have done it faster.
That was a lot of fun!

22:32 for me
nice puzzle
I cannot understand the crust arrow rule at all. I've read it 5 times now. The 6x6 grid pointed at by the arrow? The whole thing is a 6x6 grid.
OH...the grammar is poor. "the 6x6 grid pointed at by the arrow" was the misleading segment, it's not, it's the cells pointed at.....within the grid
