I am using the 2nd technique a lot but what I see is my videos lack quality.. What of a person is shooting a sequence in 24fps for those cinematic vibes but still want to use speed ramp in his shots.
Did he has to shot the same clip in 60 or 120 fps for speed ramp or there is some alternate.

You can try optical flow, but it doesn't work on every footage
