This is incredible! Absolutely love it. Really shows off the power of bespoke pieces. You can tell her partner is really passionate about what he does. He's made some really clever, beautiful wood choices.. The really bright yellow/green on the mud room door is great. Shows they aren't afraid to go bold. Just wish there was a bit more colour or pattern in the living area. I find so much white in one plans rooms a bit boring.

tiny= under 500 sq. ft. Small= under 1000 sq. ft. Comparitively- most new Am. or Can. homes for families are between 1500 sq. feet. and 2500 feet for "small" homes and up to 3500 sq. feet for larger families. In Denmark, where I live, most families of 4 or 5 people have homes between 1000 and 1500 sq. feet. And often only one bathroom. Even luxury apartments of 2000 sq feet or more, don't always have more than one bathroom. Miss that.
I'm starting to think that there will always be someone complaining that any place is to big to be called small as long as more than one person can fit in a room at once and adults can stand upright in it
The kids room felt visually off, with some redesign could be better. The parents room needs a makeover, very blah!!! Coffee table was way to low. Rest of the house was nice

I like that they had fun with it, and made use of limited space with multifunctional spaces and furniture pieces but in a personalized way.
I love that this is a practical family home yet it still has so much style. Love all the DIY items too!
