That bluegill color is on point!! I’d love to have some paddle tail swim baits in that exact color, it looks just like the bluegills in the ponds I fish around here
You mentioned wanting some color ideas......how about a Kentucky bluegrass magic? I found some shaky heads worms on grande bass' website one time. I think they were a run of colors left from their sprues...like a mystery color. They absolutely slayed that summer
That sounds like an awesome idea! Do you have some examples I can look at on Tackle Warehouse of a color close to it? I looked at the Grande Bass website and I can't find any reference to the Kentucky Bluegrass color. I would love to know what the combo is.
Sixth sense fishing does have a bluegrass magic that is pretty darn close. Kinda like a laminate with green pumpkin on one side and a pearly blue on the other side. Even had a small amount of red flake in it

Have you by chance weighed one of those soft swimbaits? It looks hefty. When the lure weighs 3/4oz then you add that plastic to it, it could change the rod you should throw it on. Does anyone consider the weight of the trailer?
Yes, I keep a digital scale here in the shop for rigging as well as on the boat. The Whipwad shown here, poured in Dead On Swimbait Blend weight .46 oz So roughly half an ounce. So you will definitely need a heavy crankbait rod for this particular setup. This is however an oversized crankbait head for a larger presentation, so a heavy rod is required.
One of my previous jobs was mixing e-liquid for vaping after 10 drops of coloring my brain instantly tells me I need to order some one ml syringes and 16 awg blunt tip needles

Oh My!!! Well no needles needed here, just massive injectors!!!
@@baitchuckin A 16 awg blunt tip is about the same width as a bic pen ink tube insert it into the bottle no need to unscrew a cap
