I had it made by a custom leather worker out of Canada. I had it made a few years back. There are lots of leatherworkers on Etsy that make custom aprons. Definitely shop around and find a style you like. 🙌🏼 you won’t be disappointed! I feel a lot safer with that layer of leather protecting my body. Cloth apron ain’t gonna cut it when you spill 350 degree plastisol on yourself. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Awesome! Thank you! You can make those colors too. The green was just 1/16 tsp Endor, 10 drops Lureworks black and some .015 silver holo and black flake. Other color was 1/8 tsp Sunfish, and some .015 silver holo and black flake. Super simple! 🙌🏼 Thanks for watching brother!

Yeah the rubber threader is very nice and it was made specifically for this application. I didn't realize it at first, but the package is covered in artwork with tentacle baits.

You should make it out, it has been fishing really good this year. There has been so much spawning the past two years from all the rain so the newt few years of fishing should be pretty good as these fish start getting bigger.

You know, I told Jason he should have made it a 20 sided Dice, seriously! Alas, he went with a more traditional shape.. Who knew Bass like tentacled gelatinous cubes for breakfast?

Yes another great option! I have been eyeballing that mold ever since Adam did his video with it. Very similar to the Geecrack Cue Bomb bait.

You can, and that's what a lot of people do, use a square spru from a leftover mold injection. It just doesn't have that nice polished finish, and the angled shape actually helps it to rotate on the fall. That's part of what makes the dice baits do their thing, the rotation or spiral as they slowly drift to the bottom when fished weightless.

There are lots of places to get bags made, I don't have a particular source to point you to unfortunately. If you want custom bags you're going to have to buy in bulk. I've heard of some places going as low as 3k per size, but you would have to shop around. Your best pricing will be when you get up around 5k or 10k bags made. For example it may cost you $700 to get a small batch of 2,000 bags made, versus say $850 to get 10k bags made. So yes it would be $150 more, but when you're already in for all the setup costs for printing, an extra $150 gets you 8k more bags. That's an extreme example, but shop around and compare pricing and make sure to divide it down to price per bag, that should help you make your decision. Also if you are planning to go into retail or a local bait shop, they aren't going to want a bunch of different packaging sizes from you. They want one size, as it's easier for them to display merchandise when everything is uniform. Congrats on stepping up to custom bags! That's a big move for any bait maker!!

Yes, I think that's why we may not see these in mass quantities anytime soon. BUT that means you can sell them at a premium, and they do in fact catch fish, and even are winning tournaments in the big leagues. They work.

Yes absolutely!! You can make the baits using saltwater plastisol. It's much more sturdy and durable for those toothy fish.

Yes I'm hoping so! I had the smaller Epic Hawg bait for a while, and it's a great bait, but I felt a little small for the Delta specifically. This FAT Hawg is the perfect size! It should do really well I think.

I agree, I think less is more when it comes to glitter. I am definitely going to try the color out with a modified recipe. I do really like the contrast of the Black and Red up against that orange so I'm going to try a few things with it.

Awesome! That's the whole idea I had when I started giving the recipe to all the colors out. It gives you a starting point and then you can customize the color from there. That's the best part about this hobby!

Yeah the Fat Hawg is an awesome mold! I love the Epic hawg, but it's a little on the smaller side for me. The Fat hawg is nice and beefy. I can definitely say though, even after the plastic cured, the medium feels really soft, it should probably be poured in firm plastisol.
