Aisa sambar aapne sirf hotel ya restaurant main hi khaya hoga. Ek baar ise bana loge ghar par to kabhi hotel nahin jaoge. Bahut hi lajawaab aur tasty banta hain ghar par. 1 cup Toor Dal
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp Rai/Mustard Seeds
1/2 tsp Methi Seeds/Fenugreek Seeds
2-3 dried red chilis
1-2 green chilies
Some curry leaves
1/2 tsp Heeng/Asafoetida
1 sliced onion
2 Tomatoes
1 carrot
10-12 pumpkin pieces
10-12 pieces of bottle gourd
8-10 pieces of drumsticks
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chili powder
2 tbsp Sambhar powder
4-5 tbsp Tamarind water
1 piece of jaggery
Fresh coriander
