The taxis at the airports are all safe ,they all tout for a fare and are parked in the airport taxi rank and all charge the same 12 dollars for air con taxi,in to central phnom penh,and a tuk tuk is 10 dollars,these same journeys would be 3 to 4 times that price in europe.the real rip off...
