    I’ve been traveling to Paris every year for my birthday and have been doing that for the past 5 years in April. I love taking Eurostar in standard premier seats from London. My trip entails flying from NYC to London, drop my bags off at one of my relatives and then take the train to Paris, stay for 4/5 days then return to London. The standard premier section which seems like that’s where you were sitting is pretty decent. For me, it’s not worth paying the higher price of Business Premier, because the continental breakfast works for such a short trip. In business premier they serve a full breakfast. For lunch, standard premier serves a full meal. Going through the British channel tunnel is not long, but I’ve never timed it. I’m always busy talking or if I’m in business (which is rare) I’m drinking champagne and not paying attention. I’ll be back in Paris in a few weeks and I’ll calculate the under tunnel time. I love taking Eurostar from London. This video puts me in a nostalgic mood.

      bobbybigboyyes it depends. I like St. Pancras when departing, but I do not necessarily like the exit point except for seeing the lovely bronzed couple greeting us on the return. On the Paris side returning can be a bit congested, but the line moves quickly (that’s whenever I travel)

    • @jmlx7179
      @jmlx7179 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      bobbybigboyyes oh really!! I’m American so I‘ve never experienced anything like that. That’s horrible. They should be more friendly given you are practically neighbors. I’ve never taken the ferry, but I hear it’s not a bad way to travel. I just prefer Eurostar. I was supposed to go to Paris today from London, but cancelled.

    I'm unable to travel far, due to a spinal tumour with combined scoliosis ,fused ribcage from Cerebral Palsy. I do feel like I'm the one travelling with vlogs like this, where I get the experience of feeling like I'm on the journey. It is nice ,when somebody allows you to feel the experience of being there, when you can't travel great distances, due to health and mobility issues. Teleportation would be the only way for me to travel without pain and discomfort.
    First, I would get my husband and next we would travel by teleportation to see our daughter and grandchildren. What a wonderful time ,it would be. I would choose to be in The Kingdom of Heaven most of all. Everything is perfect and with Our LØRD AND SAVIOUR most of all. IT is the best place to be and we just have to love Him most of all and one another!!!

      Please try food grade Diatomaceous Earth and Joe Tippens protocol to get rid of all those tumors, aches, ails and conditions. Its all natural and cheap with thousands of testimonials online.

    • @RB747domme
      @RB747domme 5 ปีที่แล้ว +16

      Helen Enang excuse me? That's really offensive. There is no such thing as anything from a natural food supplement shop that can get rid of tumors, fused rib cage, cerebral palsy and all those other aches and pains that she is no doubt suffering badly with.
      If there was such a thing, don't you think everyone would try? And for your information things like fused rib cage, and cerebral palsy, is a lifetime condition and there is no cure. She would be aware of that. Please stop coming on the internet and spouting rubbish about things you know nothing about, or treating extremely serious conditions common as trivial 'aches and pains' - how dare you?

    • @ngreat4390
      @ngreat4390 5 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Clint Tapper your comment is really very stupid. You're not the one suffering so why don't you shut up and Siddle back into the darkness from where you came.
      Even when Jesus Christ healed people it was sore losers like you who went about shouting "how dare you".
      I find that it is self righteous, foolish people that stop people from getting help they need.
      What I wrote is on the internet and you can research it before writing rubbish next time. There are literally thousands of testimonials and she's gonna get a lot of relief from trying it.
      U have no manners and i demand an apology right this minute.

    • @ngreat4390
      @ngreat4390 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Clint Tapper ever heard of Google? I doubt it. You're living in the stone age.
      I hope the dear lady who started this thread will read the thousands of testimonials on Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth and also Joe Tippens Protocol.
      As for you. Go Hide your face in shame and don't come out until your foolishness has released you.

    Nice video. I remember doing the same route on Eurostar few years ago. On the return leg from Paris to London, the counter staff actually gave me a upgrade from my standard ticket to business premier as there was some issue in their system which causes me to wait 30 min at the counter whilst collecting my original ticket (I was actually very patient and did not kick up any fuss and the staff was apologetic for the delay and voluntarily upgraded my seat). Best memory of my trip.

    In 2001 I was staying in London on a business trip. One day I had breakfast in London, lunch in Paris and then dinner in London. I rode the Eurostar First Class both ways and I do not remember all of the faldarah that this video shows... much simpler then.

    I remember I always liked trains. Travelling by train is so amazing, it is so charming. What could be better than to watch these stunning, breathtaking views while going through the countryside with the rush speed by high-speed train. I have been watching your videos for a long time and haven't written comments yet to your blog. I have to tell you the truth. It's good for your videos to watch them without any musical support. It's just as you are traveling by train by yourself. Travelling under the sea through the English Channel tunnel is fantastic. This tunnel is an engineering marvel. I guess I would like to do my best to make a wonderful trip by train through the English Channel one time. It is my eternal dream. I wish your channel success. Sincerely Yours! 👍
