After select pixels, when i right click on the document, the pop up menu to 'make workpath' doesnt appear

I used this technique for a logo that I made in photoshop. I would like to use the logo for a t-shirt but the logo needed to be in a vector file because if they stretch the logo it will loose resolution. Is there a easy way to fix this or do I have to make the logo in another program? Your videos are very educational Thanks alot!

You can try increase the resolution by going to Filter > Neural Filter > Zoom
