yeah I wish that doing this didn't get rid of the original comments as I did enjoy replying to them, but hopefully we can get more to talk about with the reupload
Is it so much to ask for a game to give me a proper excuse to be a monster? I don't ask much, just have the good guys protecting the world treat me like shit, and the bad guy trying to bring a new era of devastation treat me with respect, just that would be enough...
is it possible that the developer was being truly meta & wondering if we do believe in the multiverse which we cannot prove, are all our games representations of alternate universes & those we kill in the games actually die based on our actions here? (I'm sure not, but it is an interesting thought to play against.)
Heh I don't think they were going that far. I think the point is more just about how seriously we engage with media on its own terms. Essentially if you don't *treat* a story like it's a window into another universe, then either the reader is not taking the story seriously, or the story is written in such a way for the reader to not take it seriously.
I uploaded the original during a pretty busy week and got buried pretty hard, so I thought I would take the opportunity to make a couple minor edits and reupload it a few days later to see if I can get more than a couple views out of it
Popping this on the background for the algorithm, you saw my actual comment on the original upload.

Reupload?
Well leaving on the background for the gods of the algorithm!

at the very least offer something more substantial than a few bucks and a nice hotel room lol
Hoping this one performs a bit better
fingers crossed
