I used to be in an unpopular breakdance crew with kids I went to school with. We were ironically called The Popular Kids. The kids' names were Gianni, Brittney, Bryan, Kristen, and Nikki. We were all such good friends. We breakdanced to songs called This Love, Hollaback Girl, Applebottom Jeans, Take You There, and Never Too Late. We were only popular in the school. I even let my little brother Seth do some breakdancing with us since he went to the school with me. We stayed that way until next year, but Nikki left the school for mysterious reasons. I was extremely worried about her. Me, Gianni, Brittney, Bryan, and Kristen, continued breakdancing to those songs. Months later, Gianni and Kristen started transitioning to other schools. Then, it was just me, Brittney, and Bryan. Brittney had a reputation as a troublemaker, so she kept on getting suspended from school. She often came back, though. The next year, me, Brittney, and Bryan, tried to keep our breakdance crew up. Just then, Brittney got permanently suspended from that school. Then, it was just me and Bryan. We tried to keep up our breakdance crew. Months later, Bryan became very mean to me. When he texted me, most of his messages said, "You're so sexy. Send nudes." When I texted him to stop, he kept texting me, "SEND NUDES, I SAID!" I was too scared to show my parents. So, when I went to school, Bryan said, "If you want this breakdance crew to keep going, you must send me naked pictures of yourself!" Then, he started being very mean to Seth. On the last day of school, when we all went swimming, Bryan dragged Seth to the deep end and tried to drown him. Bryan then said to me, "REMOVE YOUR BATHING SUIT OR YOUR BROTHER GETS IT!" When I said no, Bryan threw Seth into the deep end. Since Seth couldn't swim at the time, he was flailing while screaming. When he went underwater, the lifeguard jumped into the pool, got Seth out, brought him to the surface, and performed CPR on him. When Seth regained consciousness, I grabbed our bags and walked him over to the private family bathroom. I helped him put on a new Pull Ups diaper and his clothes and shoes. I gave him his bag and told him to wait outside on the bench for me. When I opened my bag, I heard Seth screaming. I just assumed that he slipped a little bit on the water on the floor. When I removed my bathing suit, Bryan and his friend Matt kicked open the locked door and started taking naked pictures of me with my teacher's phone. When I yelled at them to get out, Bryan said, "Don't tell us what to do! We're men and you're a girl!" Then, they left. I heard Seth crying outside. I quickly put on my clothes and shoes. I grabbed my bag and went outside. I saw Seth being physically strangled by my teacher. When I tried to stop her, she said, "DON'T TELL ME WHAT TO DO, DUMB GIRL!" When I tried to pry Seth away from her, she slammed Seth on the grass and dumped dirty water all over me. Seth was crying in pain. My teacher kicked him and yelled, "STOP CRYING! BE A MAN! STOP BEING A GIRL! ONLY GIRLS CRY! YOU'RE A MAN!" Seth was only 9 years old at the time. I wrapped Seth in his towel, scooped him up, and carried him to the van. I sat down in the van while holding him close. Seth was non-verbal and autistic. He could only say a few words. I was 13 years old. Just then, my teacher came into the van where Seth and I were. She yelled, "SHUT THAT THING UP OR I WILL MOW IT DOWN!" Then, some other kids got into the van. Another one of my teachers drove us back to school. I was carrying Seth up the elevator. He was crying, bruised, and bleeding. Bryan, who was sitting next to me, gave Seth two black eyes and a bloody nose. When I went back to my classroom, I let Seth sit down at my desk. He was severely hurt. When I came out of the bathroom, I saw Seth shoved into the cubbies. His towel was tied way too tightly around his neck. My teacher laughed and took pictures. She then put her phone on her desk and left with Bryan and Matt. With my heart racing, I quickly took my teacher's phone off her desk, turned off the location, and put it in my purse. I got Seth's towel off his neck and wrapped him up in it. I said, "Seth, we're not safe in this school. We have to get out of here!" I let him sit down at my desk. When I was about to leave with him, my teacher came back. She grabbed me by the hair and dragged me down the stairs to the lobby. Bryan and Matt covered Seth's face with his towel and threw him down the stairs. He went crashing into the lobby wall. When I tried to rescue Seth, my teacher stopped me and yelled, "HE'S A MAN! HE SHOULDN'T BE RESCUED!" Just then, I saw and heard Bryan and Matt yelling and cursing at Seth. They also kicked him multiple times like he was a soccer ball. I yelled at them to stop. Seth and his towel were all covered in plaster and blood. I scooped Seth up and ran over to our uncle Andrew's house since he lived and still lives close to the school. My teacher, Bryan, and Matt, were right behind us. When we got there, I banged on the door while yelling, "ANDREW! ANDREW! OPEN UP! THEY'RE RIGHT BEHIND US!" Just then, someone opened the door. It wasn't Andrew. It was Daddy. When we went in, we saw everyone on both Mommy's side of the family and Daddy's side of the family. I gave Seth to Daddy. Daddy rocked Seth in his arms like he was a baby and sang You Are My Sunshine to him. Mommy gave me a hug and said, "Honey, I'm so sorry I didn't believe you before." My second cousin picked me up and spun me around, just like he always does. Just then, my teacher kicked the locked door open with her foot. She, Bryan, and Matt, came up to me and Seth and started yelling a series of curse words at us. Andrew then yelled, "STOP SAYING THOSE WORDS! THOSE WORDS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE DUGGAN FAMILY! AS DUGGANS, WE DO NOY CURSE!" Just then, my uncle Scott, the physically abusive bully, went outside and punched Bryan, Matt, and my teacher. They all had two black eyes per person. Scott kept them outside and physically attacked them. When they were all beat up, my second cousin went outside with his two little sisters, my other second cousins, and began yelling at those three evil bullies in German. My aunt Joanne, Daddy's little sister, who has been fluent in German ever since she was a very little girl, translated what my second cousins were yelling into English. It turns out, my second cousins were yelling, "STOP BULLYING OUR LITTLE SECOND COUSINS, YOU JERKS! DO YOU WANT JESUS TO KNOW DID THAT?! YOU THREE OUGHT TO BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!" My grandaunt Hissy and her husband, my granduncle Tony, who are Dutch, applauded them. When my second cousins and Scott went back inside, Andrew showed everybody the footage. Weeks later, we all appeared in court. My teacher's boyfriend was a cop, so he spared her from being arrested. Bryan and Matt, who were only 12 years old, were grounded by their parents for their age weeks. Bryan had to spend his 13th birthday cleaning up after his dog, using only his bare hands. Bryan now lives in Cedarville, Arkansas. I still live in Pennsylvania, where I'm safe from him. I am now 28 years old. Seth is now 23 years old. Seth now says more words. We still live in the same home together. We take art classes together. Seth's birthday is in May.

When a nurse called us in, Seth and I had to get x-rays. Luckily, nothing was broken. We were just severely bruised. I had to take a pregnancy test, which I did. Luckily, it came out negative. The nurse told my parents that Seth and I should avoid any physical activity and needed to rest until our bruises healed. Then, Joseph carried Seth back to the car. When we got home, Zach carried Seth in the house and up to the nursery. I had severe depression and suicidal thoughts. I also had crying spells that never went away. I watched breakdancing on TV and thought, "Where have all the good times gone?" Now, I finally realized why Nikki left the school. She was afraid of those cult leaders who called themselves teachers. Hmm first time I heard about that 🤔 I should see to have a clearer idea.. maybe try with your hands flat on the floor first until u master it and then try it back with the correct hands position

You should probably do it slower focusing more on keeping the leg straight until it becomes natural, then try gradually faster again. If it doesn’t work probably you need to stretch more :)

Hmm potrebbe essere dovuto alla postura, magari devi correggere qualche dettaglio nella postura, cerca di evitare posizioni in cui senti dolore, non dovresti mai sentirlo. Se senti fatica muscolare va benissimo, se senti leggeri fastidi può essere normale, ma dolore no, quindi attento alla postura. Potrebbe anche essere dovuto al riscaldamento, magari devi scaldarti un po’ di più prima di provare, ma mi raccomando fai attenzione e fermati se senti dolori o fastidi forti.

Why does my leg bend on the lvl of the knee when i do it
You should probably do it slower focusing more on keeping the leg straight until it becomes natural, then try gradually faster again. If it doesn’t work probably you need to stretch more :)

Hmm potrebbe essere dovuto alla postura, magari devi correggere qualche dettaglio nella postura, cerca di evitare posizioni in cui senti dolore, non dovresti mai sentirlo. Se senti fatica muscolare va benissimo, se senti leggeri fastidi può essere normale, ma dolore no, quindi attento alla postura. Potrebbe anche essere dovuto al riscaldamento, magari devi scaldarti un po’ di più prima di provare, ma mi raccomando fai attenzione e fermati se senti dolori o fastidi forti.
