I broke my ribs during turtle freeze. I was practicing the windmill so i held the freeze for a longer period of time. is that the right place to apply pressure or should the elbow go more towards the hip bone?
great video man could you post an intermediate original freeze combo/ tricks tutorial ? or a swipe to handstand tutorial ( there i no good one on yt) . thanks for your work
I am struggling with pretty much all of these as i am new. I am 6'5.5" weight 170lb (wiry) tall with my legs being significantly longer proportionally to torso. I am not flexible. Help!
You can work on your basic strength and mobility (doing pushups and variations of the pushups, following some basic stretching or yoga routines to become more flexible) and mean while working on the freezes that seems easier for you :)
Enjoy music. Dance , have fun. Practice and training will give you what you need. Tall ir shirt don't matter. Just keep up the good work. Believe in your self. Set goals.
not really, but maybe names could change depending where you are from. I always heard this freeze as chair freeze around the world btw. Figure 4 is the name of the leg shape, not of a freeze. For example even an elbow freeze could be called figure 4 if you cross one leg above the other one in a 4 shape :)
@@KaioFalcrow ah I forgot that both feet up is called airchair originally, which was invented by poe one and adopted by the whole world shortly after. I think you are right about that the form is called figure 4 rather than one particular freeze. Its just that many in the older generation in europe call it the figure 4 freeze.
Been waiting for this. :) Thank you! Is it normal to have a freeze much stronger on one side even if you train them on both sides? Also, would you say that you should learn the handstand before trying to learn the airfreeze? Or is it not necessary? I just wonder how strong you need to be to learn an airfreeze. :)
yes it's very normal, no worries, keep practicing on both sides however :) to learn Air Freezes the Handstand is not necessary because you don't need strength to hold them long time, it's just a matter of coordination :)

First time successfully trying a headstand! Your step-up process really made it happen 😆
Great job! 🤩
Never neglect the basics, even if you're a pro. You will deteriorate in form and performance of you do. Keep the basics
Right! :)
I learned from your tutorials a lot of thing thanks 💫
I'm happy about that! welcome!! :D

The chair freeze is called figure 4. Chair is with both feet above ground
