My husband survived a lung transplant related to his time of service on the submarine several other procedures and came through with flying colors, but sepsis took him down in 48 hours as his body started to give up he thought he was feeling better. It’s a miracle that they were able to save him. I am so grateful.
❤ I contracted Septis in 2004..I was hospitalized with ecoli which later both renal failure n other stuff idk I was in ICU for a month..I flatlined several times..stayed in and out of the hospital the whole year of 2004..specialist told my mom I would not walk out of the hospital n start my funeral preparations..but I made it out..very scarey..
We are stuck and don’t know where to turn next we have aggressive leukemia with my husband and the chemo treatments. Turn him septic. We are in a very bad situation. Please take care of yourself.
Finally! I have been saying this was all premeditated. The lack of ANY evidence points clearly to this being planned out. Get better & great thought provoking video.
The neighbor Bobbie said her son saw someone at the pond with a flashlight as he stood on their back deck, after Seb went missing. I think that someone took Sebastian’s clothing to the pond and rubbed them on the ground and dipped in water to send LE in the wrong direction and make them think he ran away.

So so glad you are ok! Thank you for spreading awareness to help others so they don’t face this. ❤ Thank God you called 911 and didn’t just go to the emergency room.
Glad you made it through, my husband fought hard and he made it but it was close, it was hard on the family watching him suffer. Unfortunately he couldn't beat the cancer. I'm really happy you made it.
A teacher had her gall bladder removed. 1 week before school started she fell climbing on her desk, refused medical. 2 days later she had heart failure. She was septic and it was too late. A very healthy mid thirties.
I had sepsis about 4 years ago. More specific MRSA. I had just been tired and having to rest more. Then apparently ii started crying and screaming for Jesus and my mom and dad. My parents are in heaven. My son was extremely worried called 911. It took them 2 days to figure it out. I was unconscious most of the time. But, when I woke up my son was crying. They had told him it had spread to my heart and lungs and my chances of survival weren't good. I was put on a PICC line that takes the strong antibiotic straight to the heart. I stayed in hospital 2 more weeks then went home on the PICC line for 4 more weeks. It was very painful. My poor son. He slept on an air mattress in my room for the 1st couple weeks. I think he was scared I would pass. Well I guess I got another year or so. I always thought I got it from a stray kitten we had that was in our yard. It was tiny and sickly and it scratched my eyelid. After that my eye would crust up and then I got a boil on my arm where I lay my face... specifically that eye against that arm when sleeping. But, I'm so glad you are on the mend. The Lord has more work for you to do ❤🩷🌺🌷💐

The reason why Chris called 3 way to the sheriff's office is because he couldn't get Katie to calm down down enough to give them the information and why he called the Sheriff's department was because if he had called 911 it would have been routed through the other county and he didn't want to wait so he called the Sheriff's office where he did know them because of his job and they came right away. He also called Seth because Katie was was so upset that she couldn't talk. Now Seth had told every bit of this from his own mouth.

And Dr said it got in his blood stream quickly. But it was within 3 days my husband lost his leg. It was a gas going from his foot to below his knee. Kinda like gangrene. My long time friend just died from that. She had leg surgery and went home. She waited to long to go to the hospital and now she is gone. Please stay on top of this. Thank god you acted fast. 🙏
I’m so sorry for the loss of your friend, Carla. The scary thing about sepsis is it takes people very quickly. And combining the confusion with the infection, a lot of people don’t realize how sick they are until it’s too late.❤️💕🙏
Very very sorry you had to go through this dangerous infection! It’s very scary. Not all people survive it. Most think it’s a bad flu and stay home! So sad😢…… may God watch over you and protect you. I pray you stay healthy.
Wow!! I am glad you are back. So scary! I recently had a post surgical complication and got checked for sepsis myself. I had a huge abscess in my pelvis behind surgical site. I had to get a ct drain. I still have the drain and am waiting on a transfer of care to a new urogyn, gyno, or urologist because the surgeon who did my surgery, we believe he nicked my bowel because my abscess had feces in it. I was put on two types if antibiotics after a four day stay in hospital from July 4th-7th, went back to hospital few days later due to increase of fluids and color of that fluid. I made them take a culture sample from my drain pouch, then got sent home. Next day got call from hospital and was told I had entercoccous faescilus in my culture. I got prescribed Ampicillin for 7 days. Today I was put on another two week course of ampicillin while waiting for someone to take over my care. I pray that I find care very soon
I was rushed to the hospital on July 3 for Sepsis. I don’t remember anything except being confused in the hospital. I had similar symptoms and I have no memory of the ambulance or the EMT’s. Thank goodness I had called my sister to come over cuz I wasn’t feeling right and I wanted an adult here so I could get in the shower. Well that didn’t happen. What scared me once I came to is the fact that a family friend had passed away within 3 days of us seeing her at a retirement party. She died of Sepsis!!! She was completely healthy the week before!!! I’m finally getting back to normal. Glad to see you are back…Scary stuff
Well, the fact that you don’t remember the ambulance ride is probably why a lot of people don’t survive sepsis. The confusion keeps people from recognizing the signs and symptoms. Thank you so much for sharing your story.❤️💕🙏

It’s important to keep an open dialogue about how they’re being treated.
