Thanks you for the video :) I have to make a small correction though. Reticulocytes do not have a nucleus. NRBC's have but Reticulocytes only have parts of the nucleus left scattered over the cytoplasma.

+Jay Bird Thanks for your support. As for Epoetin Alpha, It has some side effects such as headache and hypertension. Think of complications of erythrocytosis/ polycythemia. There is no significant difference between producing high EPO or taking it artificially. Hope it helps! Thanks again.
Because it’s a neoplastic proliferation...it doesn’t need the stimulus...It’s similar to Adrenal Cushing Syndrome, it doesn’t need ACTH stimulation! I hope it helps!

EPO increases when there is a right shift in oxygen -Hb dissociation curve right, i thought hypoxia ,tissues need more oxygen , hence more EPO
