Love this channel with Calvin and Marie cooking up all these wonderful recipes. This one is a winner! I'm on a 30 day no sugar challenge with myself - we'll see how this goes - or at least cutting back drastically. I want to experiment with the frosting by eliminating the powdered sugar. The consistency in the video looks like it would do just fine with just cream cheese, strawberry puree and strawberry extract. And I believe it will compliment the sweetness in the cake (😊 I may even eliminate the jello in the cake ??). Enjoy your fabulous cake! Looks fabulous!
