Fun photo transfers on book pages / Gelli plate technique / art journaling

In this tutorial we are going to see how we can transfer our own photos onto old books pages and then I’ll show what we can actually do with these cool image transfers. It's definitely a fun process and looks great when its done.
When you use the book or dictionary page in the background of your photo it creates a very nice and interesting effect behind the photo transfer.

thank you for your illustrative videos. I am a bit confused now, I was watching a couple of videos about transferring pictures from photocopies onto gel plates. Some videos recommended not to use ink prints because they won't work, one lady demonstrated live and it didn't work. I don't have a laser printer only an ink jet. Could you please tell me what kind of paper you used to successfully transfer your inkjet? Thank you very much
