The very first installation of Wet Compression both on E-class and F-class gas turbines was in Dubai. It started as a joint pilot project between the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) and Siemens that has become a success story. Today at DEWA's Jebel Ali power station, there are 8 gas turbines in total equipped with Wet Compression.
