    I actually found out you can survive the parachute fall if you do it at very low speed and altitude over water. You'll float and in my case capsize then I was stuck lol.

    I can see some of the terms were skipped over.
    On the MFD the diff is showing the difference in air pressure inside and outside the cabin.
    Using the autopilots Wheel switch, you can change the following depending on what mode you are in;
    Lvl: hold attitude up/down (pitch and hold, defaults to level flight)
    VSP: increases or decreases vertical speed
    FLC: change target airspeed on climb and decent( defaults to current airspeed)
    You can fly as high as 31,000 ft and still have cabin pressure below 10,000 feet. Once the difference in pressures reaches 5.6 PSI, the cabin will let more air out to avoid a structural problem. 32,000 feet should never be exceeded.
    The three switches at the end of the PFD work the windshield anti-ice. The first one turns the system on, the second one sets it to medium and the last one sets it to max.

      Alright, thank you very much. Really appreciate you taking the time to write.
      Regarding the first two items, thank you. Regarding the last one, same, didn't know that. But regarding the thing with cabin pressure I'm not really sure because as you can see from the official Cirrus website (cirrusaircraft.com/aircraft/vision-jet/), the Max. Operating Altitude is 31,000. So I guess the one that should never be exceeded is 31,000. I see you have a lot of knowledge, so please tell me if I'm wrong.

      I would need more information to help you with that because it can be due to many reasons. If you want, you can text me via my free Discord server, but before that make sure GPS is engaged in the autopilot panel.

    How do you make the airspeed and altitude numbers bigger?

    • @flyscaviation
      @flyscaviation  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      You can not. It's just that in previous X-Plane versions they were bigger and this video was recorded in one of those older versions.

    How do I turn the engine shutoff valve on?

    • @flyscaviation
      @flyscaviation  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Above the sidestick there is a button and a round button, put those in the off position and the shutoff valve will go on. However, the shutoff valve concept applies more to aircraft like the Cessna 172 where there is a specific button for that.

    how do you pressureize the cabin, climbed to about 15,000 and had a caution?

    • @flyscaviation
      @flyscaviation  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Click a button in the forward panel labeled BLEED AIR, that takes air from the engine and pressurizes the cabin.
