This MV for Golden Child is not a good gauge to determine their dancing style or quality especially since it's meant to be more storytelling and there's very little sampling of the choreo in this video as it's shown. I also feel like you should watch their live stages to really get a feel for the individual members' styles. You should also keep in mind like you're comparing soloists like Taemin and Kai to a group of 10 members. But even when you see Taemin with SHINee or Kai with EXO, their styles do change slightly to sync with their group. Golden Child is a group that is also well-known for their synchronization, so of course it's going to be difficult to see individual style. BTS is also a much different group compared to Golden Child, they're not what's known as a performance group with intense choreo and synchronization, they're just not known for that, and that allows their members to go more off-the-cuff when dancing. Many of the members in Golden Child trained for 5+ years before debuting, and their ages range from 22-29. Of course, I'm speaking as a fan, so if you're not a fan or just genuinely disinterested or they don't have your attention, I feel their personalities aren't as obvious to a viewer. They're not ones to try to outshine each other either, and they work very hard on perfecting their performances. They practice for months ahead of time, it's just simply not something that's done in a couple days or a week. They also have to practice singing while performing and dancing, as they are another group that's very well-known for quality, live vocals while dancing. :)
