Great info. For the past 7 years I have been complaining to my doctors for GI issues, heart palpitations, anxiety, fatigue and many many more issues. Did 5 endoscopies, regular visits to a cardiologist and they always made me feel like I was stupid and its all in my head because there was nothing wrong with me. Well after ordering a phosporus intact, PTH test myself through walkinlabs Found out that my phosporus is 4.6 and indeed my PTH is 16. Now waiting to see an endocrinologist in two weeks but man the past 7 years have been like hell especially when you have doctors that try to ignore what your complaining about.
Ive heard "calcium phosphates" [di- & tri- too] are bad for you and found in everything, especially medications, that they are not good for you; one side-effect is preventing nutrient absorption. Any input? Thoughts on this; good-bad? How to remove it from the body?
Establishment says its good for you, just like "fluoride", "commercial milk/dairy", "wheat", ect... Not buying it. Share the negatives; the "positives" they sell us on are similar to "whine", "dairy", "wheat" being good for you, yet the negatives outweigh the positives by far; its marketing....
@@americannational7402 When it comes to fluoride call your city water department and ask what the level of fluoride is in the water in your area. In Los Angeles the water comes from the Colorado River and is normally high in fluoride so my daughter did not need supplemental fluoride as a child. Fluoride levels that are too high can discolor children's teeth permanently. For my children I followed the advice of their dentist. Once common source of fluoride such as brewed tea. There are also toothpastes that are fluoride free.
I have pseudo-hypoparathyroidism...and my phosphorus levels are always somewhere between 4.5 mg to 5.1 mg..aside from it, I have managed to get my calcium to normal levels over the years by paying attention to my diet and by performing strenuous Calisthenic exercises 3 or 4 days a week.
@Tom WaterFooler I will tell you in a few minutes....it's quite a huge diet change and it was somewhat quite easy for me to completely change my diet and everything..I've unfortunately suffered from Pseudo-hypoparathyroidism since the age of 14..I've been through a lot of trauma and mental illness cause of it..I suffered from very excruciating physical symptoms of it for about half a decade. I'll be turning 29 now... doctors did not help me out at all.
@Tom WaterFooler I've completely stopped drinking sodas and I got myself into drinking 2.5 liters of water on a daily basis, I abstain from fast food and junk food, I abstain from foods that are processed or I keep my consumption of processed foods at a minimum, I abstain from eating or drinking anything that has processed sugars in them (such as Fructose, High Fructose corn syrup, Dextrose, Corn syrup etc..etc.), I have raw unpasteurized milk and I have raw unpasteurized cheese (Oat milk is also a good alternative to have as well but not nearly as good as unpasteurized raw milk- get the oat milk from an online store called Thrive market if you are in the US), make sure you check the ingredient lists of everything you buy cause their phosphate Additives in almost everything (look out for Calcium phosphate, Sodium Hexametaphosphate, Disodium phosphate, Phosphoric acid, etc....etc.).........I began to make sure I get at least 5 to 10 minutes of sunlight exposure every day.. and I started exercising to keep my genetic parathyroid disorder from causing me to lose bone and so I can build lean muscle to keep myself strong. I follow keto and the Paleo diet. If I remember anything that I forgot to add then I will send a message about it. But it took me to change my diet...but some changes were super easy compared to others..
Sodas that are colas or are cola-like (brown) often have phosphoric acid in them. That is why people who have kidney disease have to avoid drinking them. Carbonic acid is the main buffering element in the human body and is broken down into carbon dioxide by an enzyme called carbonic anhydrase. In drinks: Carbonic acid is widely used in making bubbly, fizzy drinks. It is a weak and unstable acid.
Hello... My baby age is 15 months. His Serum Phosphate level is 5.9. Is it high? What can I do for reduce it? Is it effect for now leg ? Please reply..
Can pseudo-Hyperphosphatemia in serum occur in the context of elevated uric acid levels, and insulin resistance, because of low / depleted intracellular energy (ATP)? Dr. Lonsdale describes in his book about thiamine deficiency disease, that creatine is elevated in blood, because of decreased ATP levels within the cells, and the inability to pump creatine into the cell, where it is involved in reconversion of ADP to ATP. Dr. Richard Johnson says: Fructokinase C depletes the cells from phosphate via AMP deaminase, and the build up of uric acid Uric Acid: From innocent bystander to key player in metabolic syndrome is the study called. Fructose can be built from glucose via the polyol pathway, starting with Aldose reductase.

Calcium phosphate is an artificial phosphate additive...it is absolutely toxic just as any other kind of artificial Phosphate additive...........

So does high process meat , beef and alcohol cause high phosphorus? Or being in the keto diet ?
Yes. I used cronometer to track my diet this week and my phosphorus was sky high compared to calcium
