After dancing as a child and teenager -- and occasionally doing barre exercises in my kitchen at dawn as an adult -- at 66, I want to return to ballet as a practice and joy. Thanks for leading this class that I can take all the way in Texas; happily, my body remembers.
OMG Thrilled. No dance classes in over 50 years, yet I can feel what you describe re: posture, positioning. As a genuine, not kidding & really fully aged senior, this is a blast! I love that lack of decent turn-out is not a no-go! ONWARD!!♥️♥️♥️♥️
I have been dancing for Ballroom and Latin, now I realize that all dance foundation and advancement are rooted from this video - simple Ballet workout for people with zero dance experience. Thank you!!!

This looks like a practice I would be happy to do on a regular basis in between my weekly class. 67, UK, happy beginner! ❤ ps the teaching is pleasant & relatable & the music is a joy 🥰 (I like the options for higher level if wanted)

I love this class so much this teacher is so nice and I’ve learned so much I’ve been taking adult ballet class for five years I live in Toronto and I Was taking Adult intro to ballet at Canadas National Ballet School then National Ballet Of Canada‘s adult ballet program _ I have a bit of arthritis in my right knee so I have to be really really careful -- I’ve been taking some classes on zoom with a Canada‘s national ballet school and I was looking for something something a little different on TH-cam and this particular video was just what I was looking for definitely challenging but it’s good that I tried something a little bit different and I learned something new today thank you so much do you have any more classes that I could do online or do you have any on zoom you have for adults thank you take care💫
We do one side. Then we do the other side. We do not stop and start and rewind the video to get both sides. I might be old but I remember how this is supposed to work
