I'm 21 turning 22 this year and i was diagnosed with hypothyroidism not long ago. This has definitely made an impact on my daily life especially exercising. It sucks for sure but im trying to keep hope alive it gets better and for others who struggle with this. I feel your pain mentally and physically.
I just found out I have this and I appreciate all this information even as a non nurse. That 1 hour before eating going to get me though, lol, I'll be closer to 45 min with taking it as soon as i wake up.

Hypo/Hyperthyroidism is so complex and so much to understand. I have hypothyroidism and believe it is due to genetics, my mom has it and family members both on the paternal and maternal side have this disease. I am very skinny though and tend to be underweight the majority of the time, I still don't understand why or how?
You're most welcome :) Yes, I will be uploading two videos on acute and chronic renal failure. So, definitely stay tuned. They are going to be part of my renal series, which you can access my renal videos here: th-cam.com/play/PLQrdx7rRsKfXkfh1nWrtxLcRTrohj41su.html
