+Giovanni Montalvo Well even though he shot it on a point and shot, the camera itself is quite expensive (almost 1k dollars).... But yes, you don't need expensive cameras and equipment :)
Reckon I've watched this well over 20 times now. I just come back every few months, when I'm feeling pensive. Can't get enough of it. Always leaves me in awe.💗
Whose woods these are I think I know. His house is in the village though; He will not see me stopping here To watch his woods fill up with snow. My little horse must think it queer To stop without a farmhouse near Between the woods and frozen lake The darkest evening of the year. He gives his harness bells a shake To ask if there is some mistake. The only other sound’s the sweep Of easy wind and downy flake. The woods are lovely, dark and deep, But I have promises to keep, And miles to go before I sleep, And miles to go before I sleep. I've heard this before once, in my English class. Only after watching this I realised how beautiful it is.
beautiful. reminds me of a time I was in the woods when all the branches were covered in ice, then a slight breeze came, it sounded like the most magical wind chime.
And this was all shot on a compact camera... wow! This video was so beautiful and so well shot! I love the use of the audio clip with your music and the sound of the water and ambiance. I love the low shots of the running water and especially the final shot where you walk away from the camera! Amazing, beautiful, wow, your videos are always so gooood Tim. Very nice work
+Chris yeah thats what it says in the description, iv only ever played with the mk3 and thats a really nice camera to use and shoot with but the mk4 seems so much better idk, could be down to colour grading and such in post
+Tim Kellner Oh sorry my mistake, wow you work with your the mk3 so well! your cinematography is flawless. Did you colour grade your shots or just correct?
+Liam Moscrop I'm 110% sure he graded it! If you colour correct something, you just change the light until every shot looks the same and such. But this is much more, and there is grey and a bit tinted tones and the quality is very very nice, so this is graded!
Just incredible. W.A.W ! That is so beautiful, Idk why but I felt like alone when I whatched this. Nature is so GORGEOUS. Amazing job just amazing and magic.
I watch your videos when I feel stressed, angry, or tired. I watch them after I failed an exam, or when I feel wrong. They are always soothing and relaxing, and after watching a few, my calm comes back. Thank you, for making such amazing content. I have seen such film making before.

I really envy you. What a magical place you've been. This video was awsome. I love you.
Man, I love this. Must've watched it a dozen times in the last month. Keeps drawing me back this one. Thanks Tim. I love that you are doing something so different and unique. TH-cam needs more artistic stuff like your work.
The way you move the camera especially on the shot of the stream, is incredible, it shows how you think about the movement of the water, and that is what makes you an incredible cinematographer, keep up the great work Tim
I love the atmosphere, the slow motion, the sounds, the edit... And especially the moment when the camera moves towards the stream. Once again, this is so inspiring.
Tim I just wanted to let you know I have been subscribed since your first video and they just keep getting better and better. You are so unbelievably talented. Your videos are pure gold and are so beautiful which is even an understatement. You bring beauty to everything you touch everything your lenses see through and that is something so rare and wonderful. The most amazing quality a human being can have.

+radwolves Firs thought that came into my mind as I saw it lol
Yes! I was watching The Revenant and thought 'Tim did it better'
+radwolves now i need to watch The Revenant !
omg i love that movie
One does not need an expensive camera and equipment to create great cinematography. It's the user not the camera. Tim proves this
+Giovanni Montalvo Well even though he shot it on a point and shot, the camera itself is quite expensive (almost 1k dollars).... But yes, you don't need expensive cameras and equipment :)
+MA Productions what camera did he use?
+Millie Ali rx100 iv

Great work Tim! Love the ending shot
This video really shows the harshness of winter and the calm quiet that comes with a blanket of snow on the woods. Very well done, and beautiful.
This was better than 90% of films I've seen. Tim you're incredible.
