Very useful video, thank you. Have you come across a situation where the head just dies and is extremely weak? This just happened with a relatively new one which is very strange.
Personally I have not. This behaviour seems a bit strange. If you fit a different or new head it feels normal/more powerful? If that is the case, my thought at least would be there is a fault in the manufacture of the brush head that's causing the motor to slow. Probably one to speak to Philips directly about if I am honest.
@@ElectricTeeth Interesting update... having swapped it out for a few days, it now works normally.. I wonder if its an attempt to force people to buy replacement heads!
🤔 Possibly...I can't say I have noticed such, but I switch between a lot of brushes and don't often use one head on one handle for 3+ months to be able to give definitive comment. It would be extremely sneaky if they could programme it to do this.
Oof thank you! This was so annoying! My brush head is still in pristine condition and doesn't need replacement yet.
Mine only ever plays the low med high tone so it’s never off? Not sure what i’m doing wrong here

@@BlackBeltBarristerwe’re having the same issue with my wife’s. What do you mean by you “swapped it out?” Did you return it? And get a new one?
@ (still me) Just put a new head on it! After a while, she tried putting the original one back on and the error/alert went away!
Thankyou ☺️
Maybe mine was turned off.... I've never seen it go off
