it doesnt open directly with double click, i have to open it as a software. is there any solution for that?

click right and select properties then go to permissions and check the execute. close.
you can open it by double click now

I'm not sure I understand the question. Do you mean you can not download Godot or you can not open it after downloading?

Is there any way to integrate this in the gnome desktop? Like I want to pin it to the dock......

There is a way. Although it needs a tutorial of its own and I've been thinking if I should do that or not. Seeing as there is a question about it I guess I'll be making that video soon.
