I find it interesting that no one is really talking about how much better it gets as a mini3 substitute once you add head tracking (not that I would not bring both)
As a Mini 4 pro pilot, I'm also blown away that they don't have a 2 stick controller package. One day I will plateau with my mini 4 pro flying skill and FPV may offer me a way to take my experience further. But in order to do that I'd have to buy a $1300 package that comes standard with a novelty motion controller that I'll probably also outgrow very quickly. Then its another $200 for a manual style controller as an addon accessory only. For accessibility and ease of use it seems pretty amazing, though I have to admit.

I was planning to buy the fpv initially ,but now the avata looks good ...what would be your suggestion? Fpv or avata? Kindly do share your experience, your feedback is appreciated! 😇
@X The FPV is cool because of the flight time and speed. Sometimes I fire up the FPV and fly it about 1.5 miles away from the house and check out a large construction site to see what progress they are making and then run alongside I-55 and watch traffic then cross about 300 acres of woods behind the house and see if I can spot a deer. These things are far better suited to the FPV. The Avata on the other hand is a much better drone for yard flying and sticking it in small spaces and tight gaps. I also feel it's a lot less fragile. The image is a little better and the recorded video is much better. I would decide what you want to do with it and that will help you decide. Me personally I would get FPV because it comes with the good controller and goggles. If you add the Avata later you'll have those items already.
