14:51 Roman, I highly suggest just going and finding a good grass fed cattle ranch, and either buying a half or whole cow, or doing cattle shares (you and other family’s all pitch in and split a cow). You will have a freezer full of all your favorite cuts, and most will actually make you ground beef or sausage too. Here in SWFL we often buy all ours from cattle ranchers, and the prices are unbeatable. You literally can’t find those prices in stores. Beware of gimmicky, overpriced ranches though. Some people will really play up the organic and grass fed thing, and charge a major premium. There’s no need for that. Get you a spare freezer, buy you a half or whole cow, and enjoy them savings!

Honestly, that advice of doing more if you’re not truly happy and keeping yourself busy works for me. I never thought about it like that, but when I’m busy I notice that I’m happier overall too.
That talk in the car about how if we're not happy we should try doing more and keep ourselves busy really hit home! I think the advice for the day at 10:30 is more helpful than most people think. Definitely true for me. Crazy how people dread "work" because they think "doing" is exhausting, for some 'work' it is, but to follow your passion, it's not exhausting, its the opposite, it's energizing!! and makes you feel worthwhile, accomplished, and motivated to do even more, it doubles, triples, etc....... The old saying: "an ideal mind is where the devil plays". Crazy how Roman's new channel is lining up exactly with me deciding to start getting all things in line to start my own business. Been watching you since you were pulling pranks on Columbus Police (used to be CPD). Love this channel. I’ve been cold plunging every day since mid January. I do mine first thing in the morning and haven’t needed caffeine since I started. I went full Rogan and have been on carnivore along with the cold plunge. Never felt better. I will say that plunging after workouts may hurt any gains. Thanks for the vids

11:20 after hurricane Ian directly struck my city, I actually found myself feeling..really good physically. All day was spent doing basic things to survive. There was so much heartache and destruction. But my depression lessened. I was needed, I was busy nonstop, we had to wash our clothes manually, cook over fire, slept outside, and lived like we had no electricity etc. my insomnia was the least it’d ever been because my days started at dawn as the sun came up since we were sleeping outside, and the house was so dark by 6pm that everyone would head outside and chat, but we were all so exhausted from the day that we’d all be going to sleep by 8pm. My depression and anxiety was so oddly lower. And I think it was because for once, I was actually living. I had to actually work to survive. Every task took time and effort. Nothing came easy. And I felt fulfilled, useful, and productive.
I lost a son in 2020 and another son in 2022 both passed tragically in our home during seizures. My health took a huge hit. All of my teeth started abscessing my beautiful teeth had to be pulled and because my mouth is so small I have to have implanted dentures and that is not something I will ever be able to afford. So I dont leave the house out of utter embarrassment. For so many its not as easy as just do it. I know of you because of my boys of course but you basically won the lottery. I do appreciate what you are doing by trying to by motivate others, just offering my and I and sure others realities.
When you run this thing, you gotta make sure you turn on the electric fan. If it ain’t hooked up to the system, maybe be hooked up to a switch that’s why you don’t have holes there cause you got a fan.

I'm 33yo, its turned my life around, people don't realize how much work, a routine, errands, driving to town, simple task keep life flowing in a happier manner. I'm stuck at home more, alone more, and secluded more, its depressing, i've had to find new ways. I stress what you just said to those who listen. You're wise Roman, I've followed your journey for years as well, and fellow Ohio boy's couldn't of said it better myself. "Keep busy, keep moving, you can do it, you're strong and always Smile more"

Radiator fan is reverse flow. Pulling it past the engine, blasting it at the hood. Needs a big mailbox hood scoop to air flow carb and rad.
