- Hey everyone! Today I go over a review of the Coldest Water Bottle in the gallon size. I tried to be as authentic as possible while providing some real feedback for you all. I have been using the Coldest Water Bottle gallon for the last yea, r every single day, so I have a lot of time invested into this bottle. I think this is a great water bottle with some hiccups, however I still recommend it if you an look over the cons. I hope this review helps anyone looking into these bottles! I do think all water bottles do have pros and cons plastic or metal like for an example plastic water bottles may not be able to hold ice more than 12 hours but they are light and some plastic water bottles could be flexible enough if you have them full on water you can freeze them
That is huge I just ordered the red one 46oz to replace my Cirkul bottle can’t wait to use it I stop drinking soda for a year and I noticed a big difference

Odds are that the causation of leaking is from using the hot dishwasher to clean it. I would assume, without knowing, the warranty card and the care instructions that it originally came with, probably had a warning "not to excede 140°F". Temperature causes changes to the seal material and not in a good way. Leaking and sticking would be the result. Each time the seal went through the dishwasher its ability to seal was depleted even more than the time before. I dont know how difficult it would be to remove the seal before putting the lid in the dishwasher, but that would most likely solve the issues mentioned. 🤓✌️
I always hand wash everything. I worked with seals for years as a machinist so I know how delicate they can be and even when you can dish wash ( like this company states on their site) I never do it
Hi: I’m in the market for a new water bottle and come across this one. I love how honest your review is. For the price you would never expect it to leak well not for a very long time. I must add it looks like is has 2 lids a large one and smaller one on top that is really ugly.
I think I will go for one that comes with a carry case to make it easier to transport and to protect it in the gym.
Hey thanks so much for your comment! I try to be as honest as possible, so someone who comes across this video while researching knows what they are getting into. Yes it has essentially two lids almost, it’s awkward looking but I figured that was to make the system work. I still use this bottle but it’s annoying that I have to accept it leaks and won’t get better. Customer service commented on my video but never responded to my emails. So I’m going to make the most out of this bottle and find something else that works better soon. I just can’t get over paying good money for something and not using it for a while.
A friend of mine got one that’s has a carry case and really likes it. I don’t remember the brand but I’d try that one out before this one. The best thing going for this bottle is that water stays cold but with the increasing amount of leakage happening it’s not staying cold for as long anymore. When I first got it the water would stay cold for literally two days, not it feels like only half a day.

I just bought this same bottle. So far no leaking. Not cheap for sure, but my doctor said I need to drink more H20 so this is the cure.
I'm a firm believer of whatever helps you drink more water, do it. I used to carry around a plastic gallon water jug for years and it worked fine too. I'm just trying to stay away from plastic.

Thank you so much for your comment! I definitely think the bottle is worth it. I’ve been using it for a while now and although it’s not perfect it’s definitely pretty awesome. I hope they upgrade some of the materials to make it a higher quality bottle but I’m pretty sure it’s the only one in the market that is a gallon size so it gets a lot of props from me. I absolutely love there water bottles! I have there 36 ounce shaker bottle. They are built the best, blows yeti away!! Just ordered 2 of there 18 ounce sports bottles. Oh my wifes shaker bottle is dented up lol. Mine still looks brand new.

Love metal bottles so that I can add essential oils in it. They actually make plastic increases leaching into the water.

its the silicone gasket under the cap its not flush for the leaking. who made the silicone got lazy and didn’t trim it right
I agree I’m not happy with it now with more heavy use. Total bummer because it’s not a cheap water bottle!
@@MeetBrookee is it possible to take out that gasket & go to the gasket or O ring shop, buy the same design/size with higher quality material?
@@necbobrbss9295 its funny you mentioned that, I JUST got an order of Orings at my job and used one of them for the outer lid piece and it does nothing. no way to take the top part apart unless I want to ruin the lid. honestly doing another video on this, this bottle doesn't hold up. :(

I watched ur part 2 video before I saw this one & wanted to add u should invent a better quality water bottle. Ur very intelligent & have an excellent understanding of how a good quality water bottle should be designed & proper materials needed for functioning correctly without issues. Plus ur fair & honest & would be great with handling customers questions & helping them resolve any issues (no run around) ur a hard worker, great work ethic, fearless, u are either going to have ur own business & thrive or get a great offer from a company that acknowledges ur talent & skills.

Mine (smaller) also leaks, dents, does not stay cold long after the first few months, makes slurpy noises, hard to clean, does not fit cup holder.
Ah thats a bummer, honestly this bottle sucks. It's so annoying too because it could be fantastic, the blueprint is there but they are cheaping out somewhere with making a better version.

@@MeetBrookee I got the 32oz it’s good quality and doesn’t leak at all but that rubber comes off so easily I wish it was a better fit, that’s my only fault with the bottle
@@ollie4307 I’m glad it’s working for you. I have 5 bottles in total and all have issues but that’s over time. Some had them at the beginning and others started later. I hope yours holds up for you!
I think you may have gotten a defected one because mine doesn’t leak and I have the same one
Check this out, I reached out to them and they told me it was just the cap that needed to be replaced. They were cool about sending me another one but it was almost as if they were saying I was using it wrong. Fast forward to now I can’t even use my bottle because it leaks everywhere and it makes noises all the time. I’m going to make another review video on this week I’m so pissed off that I spent so much money on this and it doesn’t work right. All it has to do is hold water!

@@ascensionessentials they did wind up replacing the whole thing about 9 months later. I think it’s honestly their system or their “older model” that they told me which seems to be their same model just with new colors 🤷♀️

Hey Freddy your mileage may vary! After dealing with this one for over two years they actually sent me a replacement and it seems to be working pretty well. I just don’t think these guys last forever but this one’s holding out it’s only been about two months though. So far so good

@@tiddybagel wow! I didn’t know I had the bottle for quite sometime now, it’s built like a tank. Been using it daily, I’m AD military and it’s seen some rough days my 1 gal still holds true. Your review helped me decide: yeti rambler 1 gal or the coldest. TY!
How do you wash/clean this thing?
So what I do is use the top part of the dishwasher for the lid once a month and hand wash the rest of the time. The container itself has to be hand washed but I have put it in the dishwater when i want to give it a deeper clean.

: I think the straw might be too long. That's probably why it's making noise or no water coming through. But I might be wrong. Lol
That's a good point I've had that issue before with just random bottles I've used. This straw doesn't touch the bottom though and I've used different sizes playing around with it. I'm currently on the hunt for a new bottle. Lol

The jug keeps water cold but the lid leaks and is extremely hard to open. I would never recommend this product.
The jug stopped keeping water cold for me after a year. Tons of weeks I was really unhappy with the experience. Customer service wasnt helpful. I also agree, can not recommend.
