Most of these super modern truck builds they would paint the grill to match the truck, I like that they went with an OG chrome grill. I also like what they did in the bed, it looks like a contemporary abstract design inspired by wood grain 1:31

I love Kindig it designs the way he blends factory with his own twist is soooooo sick, he's going to build me a vehicle in the near future by the way killer wheels on the GMC like the machined GMC on the hood sweet.
This is one of his better designs. Everything just fits together. This actually looks like something which could have actually come out of GMC. Using period touches like the Chevy dash, corvette style bumper trim. The mini gas struts on the hood hinges were a nice detail. The integration of the rear tailgate was also a standout. A actually functional tailgate. The wheels are an outstanding design and match to the truck. (But I find the rubber band tires a little ridiculous. It is a truck after all.)
Some may remember Ray Farner... He built drivers but only drove at tops 2 miles... They were pushed by hand to keep them clean... I spent hours polishing chrome & paint... Lots of Admiration of the Man...
I love what they did to the body and the wide lipped rear wheels, however in my humble opinion he should've kept the bumpers with the sleek lines they sculpted, it would've closed the open space in front as well as the rear of the truck. The interior is sick!!!!!! Classic, clean with modern sweetness.

Very good design and craftsmanship on this truck, alot to look at. Would have put different wheels though. Reminds me of some trucks at the Dub shows, alot of big wheels.
My only question I have. R u going to drive it so people can admire your work? Because sitting her in a garage,and just wiping on her is like sitting her in a grave😔 She deserves the world and the world deserves her🤗
Kindig IT does top-notch, outstanding work, and their technicians take enormous pride in their craft. But, I just don't get it with the "slammed" ride height. I don't want a 'white-boy low-rider' that has those 15" wide tires. Those wide tires are great, but I suspect 'some' of their customers aren't super crazy about their vehicles being 'slammed' (too low) and are really buying-into the enthusiasm by the Kindig It team. My idea of the ideal custom is a vehicle that has the right ride-height (lower than stock, but NOT too low) that I don't have to worry about the undercarriage scraping speed-bumps, curbs, and other things on the street. I suspect many others share this opinion about custom cars.
Kindig is superior when it comes to building cars mybe some day i will get him to build me a truck i absolutely love this truck i would take this truck over a Ferrari any day
Super beautiful truck, they are so into the details to build a machine like this. BUUUTTTT, Why don't ppl, not just this truck, jack up the vehicles and spin the wheels so all the center caps are level/parallel to the ground!!! The wheels are a 1 off work of art but the center cap saying "GMC" crooked drives me bonkers! 🤷♂️🤦♂️
I think it's great that Motortrend TV gives these gay car builders from Kindig a venue to show off their talents. They're every bit as good as the straight car builders from shows like Iron Resurrection.

Beautiful build, body gaps are perfect and smooth, nice touch inside the bed deck matching chair and carpet design, also love the stance.
