Man Camp 2023 Bank fishing targeting the giant Lake Trout of Franklin D. Roosevelt Lake aka Lake Roosevelt using mainly worm, marshmallow, sometimes added power bait for added buoyancy, some garlic scented eggs with it too at times.

I was around Keller ferry campground today but got skunked , missed 1 bite and that's the only action of the day , congrats on your day

This was a 4 day trip of 10 of us. We all caught fish every day except one day, that day I noticed the water level rose quite a bit and noticed on the castable sonar the zooplankton and krill were not there like the previous 2 days. It’s interesting how the food sources move with ebb and flow of dam release and build up. Best of wishes, tight lines. Thanks for commenting.

Depends what time of year and whether in a boat. Bank fishing winter is a good time as the Triploid trout move closer to shore. Kokanee can be trolled for pretty much most of year, same for trout. You just gotta learn migration patterns during the year as water temps rise and fall. Thanks for commenting
