St-Etienne du Mont still gives me goose-pimples it is soooo Beautiful! A total Gem hiding behind Le Pantheon... As for Montmartre; Avoid the weekends & try to see Sacre-Coeur late afternoon then Dine Alfresco & watch Paris light up! Ps: I soooo subscribed to this Chanel as it is one of the few that actually shows corresponding images to the text. 👍❤
This is solid advice! Been there done that except for the Palais Garnier... I went to the nearby Starbucks instead. It's the most beautiful Starbucks in Paris and feels a bit like the Palais except for the cost. Located at 3 Boulevard de Capucines. It's the ONLY Starbucks in Paris worth my time. I don't love chains or Starbucks in general. I would love to travel with you🤣 Definately subscribing! Can't wait to see where you take me next.
The best viewpoint in Paris is Tour Montparnasse (the only skyscraber in central Paris). There is not many people and you have the best view of the Eiffel Tower. There is an express elevator straight to the rooftop.
When I visited the Louvre in 2005, they closed down the wing where the Mona Lisa is located due to a security risk. We were maybe 20’ away from entering.
The Mona Lisa isn’t worth it. It’s a tiny painting, in huge room, with 5,000 people fighting to see it. Literally every other piece of art in that museum is more beautiful and special them then most overrated piece of art.
Hey Kris, great video, as always (I also follow you on Instagram). I'm going to Paris with my girlfriend in February, so this was super helpful. It will be our first trip to Paris, and we'll be there for three nights. We were just wondering how many of the things from your video we could fit into our trip? We definitely want to do the Eiffel Tower, boat tour, Louvre and the Sacre Coeur (early in the day, noted), but we're honestly having a hard time deciding what else to do in Paris... thanks a lot in advance!
Hiya - thanks a lot! I hear you - Paris can be a little bit overwhelming for a first-time visitor; I definitely felt a bit overwhelmed before my first trip to Paris back in the day. Right, so here is a very rough "3 days in Paris itinerary" that I feel would be pretty good: Day 1: Eiffel Tower Boat tour on the Seine Get off at Notre Dame and head inside the cathedral Walk over to the Latin Quarter and get lunch Pantheon St Etienne Du Mont Spend the evening (dinner and drinks) in Saint-Germain-des-Prés Day 2: Louvre (remember to use the 'secret entrance') Stroll in the Jardin des Tuileries Palais Garnier Galeries Lafayettes + free rooftop Shopping/exploring/evening in Le Marais Day 3: Up early and head straight to Sacre Coeur to see it all before the crowds take over Walk down to Rue des Martyrs for coffee/brunch or lunch, depending on the time Head over to the Arc de Triomphe Walk along the Champs Elysees (if you or your gf likes shopping) Check out Place de la Concorde now that you're in the area Then, in the evening, you could either head to the Latin Quarter, Saint-Germain-des-Prés or check out the area along the Canal Saint-Martin, where a lot of the trendy locals tend to hang out Ok, that got a bit long, I hope this helps plan your Paris trip 😀 🇫🇷
@@destinationwellknown omg Kris thank you so much for sharing such a detailed Paris plan. That's so kind of you!! We will follow your itinerary to the point, this got me so hyped for Paris - thanks a lot!!!
You just have use your wits. I’ve been to Paris many times. Don’t even take a second to talk to anyone with a clipboard or don’t play the games you see at famous sites. Scams. On the Metro mind your stuff for pickpockets. That is where it mostly happens.
our travel vlog was seriously impressive! 🌍🔥I love paris so much . We've also started a channel (Hipster-Comicures), introducing handy gadgets perfect for travelers in humorous style. L👀k it up! Keep up the amazing work!"

I’m planning a solo trip to Paris. My concern is pick pockets.
Just be very aware in the most touristy areas and you will most likely be fine 🙌
Fun fact : the Louvre has 35000 art pieces on display but it owns more that 500k of them.
That’s wild! 🙌
What about scams and pickpocketers? I would hate to be stressed out for those criminals when Im on a vacation.
