I had an HA for about three years, bought as a second hand and only once did I have a problem. An easily fixed miss fire. The car was comfortable and cheap to run. It suffered the problem that all cars suffered from at the time, rust.
As a young worker my boss had taken on a job that was about 40 miles away, he wanted me to take care of it and obviously, I would need transport every day, he then (with his overwhelming generosity) gave me the oldest and most battered vehicle on his fleet, a HA Viva van . It had holes in the floor where you could tell by the markings on the tarmac which off-ramp you were coming to. But absolutely loved that van and looked forward to getting into it after work.
Ooh! Best samples of futuristic & progressive era machines!! Being a collector, I would start with Viva!.. Why isn't Ford ZODIAC added here.😮 You know: collect in order to understand the possibilities! Have a good day!!😊
By 1966 Toyota would reinvent the Vauxhall Viva and evolve it into the Corolla and has been an American family staple of street motoring ever since. Notice that the Panhard 24 looked much like the updated Citroën DS up front. The Chevrolet Vega began manufacture in 1969, the first car sold in June 1970 and regular volume production went to full effect in September. When Chevrolet offered a new sports coupe that competed with the Ford Mustang II, Mercury Capri, Fiat-Ciaitalia 128 Sport and Toyota Celica, the Monza, formerly the top-drawer of the Corvair line and based on the Vega, the Vega model name lasted to 1977 but the basic Vega body tooling remained in production to 1981 as the Monza.
What’s the point of this channel, is it to complain about almost every car from an era gone by, measured by today’s standards?
Het vult wel lekker de tijd, totale onzin, niet meer naar kijken.

You are mixing up the Austin 3 litre with the Vanden Plas Princess 3 litre, a totally different car.

You buy a car for it's money savings then you complain because of it's shot comings, as that is what you bought it for!
Is the car the problem or are you?????🤠
you get what you pay for, the stupidity is not from car, but yours

The Viva HA, was a very successful car in the UK, and secondhand ones were sought after, well into the seventies.
These videos are rubbish, and most of these cars are great, reliable, and innovative. Pure clickbait, getting views by annoying us
Nonsense! Studebaker, Ford, Panhard and the small Chevy were relatively good cars, even the Vauxhall was not as bad as you want to tell us.
Heard this American shit before the cars served a purpose in there day and thats to get to a to b
You could show the correct models to match the narrative. Spoils an otherwise interesting video.
Ignorant and inaccurate commentary supported by clips of completely different models. Very misleading.
