I found some huge flowers like that a few years ago at the 99 cent Only store of all places and made a huge flower wall for my daughter. I know I won't find a deal like that ever again. That white with the neon sign was pretty. If you can sew maybe you could sew different colored covers that slip over the weights so they don't stand out.
I didn’t even know they had deals like that at the dollar store! 😳😳

I would love to put some of those big roses in my yard 😂 can u image the smiles and laughs when people walk and drive past with those in my yard. I live on a corner where there’s a stop sign there. 😂 I loved your setup!

Fantastic as usual. I cover my base by cutting a.plastic tablecloth in the main color I am working with. Very economical and I don't even have to use the whole one.

I enjoy your videos. Growth is good! Take care of your team and your team will take care of you. As for the weights, I share your concern about the black weights clashing with the color of the wall. I use tull or fabric to drape around the weights, it's easier than having to paint the weights to match the wall. Wishing you continued success!

I have few quick questions please:
Could you make a video on how you hire people/team to help you? I mean, how do you find them? And you take any interview to select? What things you look for in hiring them? And how much approximately you pay them? Is it hourly rate? Or per event certain amount of share? Any cons or down side we need to keep in mind in hiring people and training them? Because some people might work with us for couple of events and they start using/stealing our ideas and becoming new event planners at a very cheap price ultimately becoming competitors. I don’tmind if they use their own skill set but you know sometimes they steal all our ideas and plans. That’s so hurting right!
