So I saw the people in Egypt and got down slowly on my feet. During the whole flying down I was wondering if they are seeing me or am I just a ghost. Now I was on the ground, I expected some Egyption people talking to me -the story was way to confusing. After that, I had to imagine the perfect mate's hair. Who cares. And his eyes. I can't imagine it. Enough

thanks for this Dr Steve. I do think your suggestions on the eating section needs to be revised. not everyone agrees with your veiws on what is healthy. nutrition is drastically changing as we are finding that fat (yes, saturated too) has been missrepresented. we are finding that eating fat is actually key to good health.

Hate to be rude but this was a waste of time. I had an open mind but to ask a person to picture an adventure like this for relaxation won't allow a person to relax. As humans we can't fly and to ask a person to imagine it. It takes more brain power to picture an ability we don't poses. This will defeat the purpose of the relaxing
