  • I like my Leatherman Charge but the pocket clip on it keeps breaking off and its not covered under warranty. I decided that instead of buying yet another pocket clip, I would just make a custom molded leather pouch to hold it. I made several mistakes along the way but in the end, the Leatherman EDC pouch turned out great. ‪@WeaverLeatherSupply‬

Despite the fact that the video is a bit older, this does not detract from the content. Nice tutorial, but especially how you show here that positivity can take you far. Making mistakes is part of it, you learn from them... thank you from the Netherlands, now I'll get started with my EDC Pouch.

Thanks for the video, really helpful 👍
Adding a finger slot at the bottom of the Leatherman makes removal much easier....
Filming on a W/E or at night would help with the traffic noise !

My mate made me one just like this for my leatherman and OLight. Saldy he has now passed but nice to know he probably watched this vid first before he made it.

Looks great, Jeff ! After the Neats Foot Oil has dried some, add a coat or two of Renaissance Wax to it for some extra protection and "shine"...

Great project. I remember one of my teachers telling me, many years ago.
If your n ok t m as king mistakes, your not trying.
Have you thought about waiting, until you do the stitching too dye the leather.
This way the stitching is the same color.
Blessings to you and your family

I welcome the mistakes. (most of the time, Lol) I intentionally dyed the leather first because I like the Red Thread against the brown dye. Red thread is kind of my thing.

Nice project. I understand why you doubled the back to avoid that rivet and also give it rigidity. Why didn't you reverse the extra back piece of leather? If you had it would have given you a finished back also.
