- aaaaaa it's my first video on youtube!! i think i spent like 25 liters of tears on this bc of all the issues that i ran into while filming + editing. i'm glad that it's finally up though! please feel free to give me any suggestions for future videos, and remember to like and subscribe!

I prefer these kinds of notes than the ones with too bright highliters and too catchy fonts...
yeah, i dislike using too many colours because it overwhelms the page. seeing notes like these is great !
true, for me it'll become less organized with that many colors, just 1 or 2 colors is more convenient as well

This is literally how I take my notes too! Except my handwriting isn't as nice as yours 🙄 and my notes tend to get messy when I'm rushing

I have been doing that for a long time before watching this video, but I just use a pencil instead of many pens (I underline subheading titles and make them more pronounced) since they overwhelm me sometimes -- and I used a very small geometric drawing, such as a triangle or square to the left of very important notes.
I find it more convenient to think of the page as two columns, the left column covering about 60 to 70% percent of the page and the right one about 30 to 40%, then I separate these imaginary columns with a drawn small vertical line (only as long as the paragraph or notes taken to the left). On the left column I take notes, and on the right side I clarify in my own words what it means or I use it to add/draw additional or related information that may come to mind later. After a block of related notes are taken I skip a line or two to make it easier to go over them later. It has worded for me.
doesnt the highlighter bleed through the paper though? rlly love the zebra mild liners but i cant use them in my note taking journal😩
