If local authorities know when children come in they should then get photos and contact info. If they have contact info they could track money transfers from the US to the contact numbers. That female officer knows that law enforcement can’t obtain information on a minor via a phone call. She’s full of crap. She is pretending to look for these kids to cover her lack of effort. She simply has to submit a request in writing. Where did she show that ever happened? Never! This system is complicit. Americans are getting tired of these stories. We don’t have the resources to take care of the world’s children. We need to focus on American born children.

Now if it was government assistance for the American citizens there's no doubt in my mind it would stop.
