The corporations who are hiring them need to be investigated and CEOs, Presidents, Vice Presidents and HR need to be held criminally liable. Anyone who is involved with forging the documentation for these children needs to be held criminally liable, even if t is the parents of these children. Any government officials who have failed to enforce the law should also be held criminally liable.

There is nothing shocking about this. This kind of thing has been going on for the entirety of recorded history, more so since the creation of money/currency, and more so since the creation of "America."
This kind of thing has been the norm throughout the history of the US -- from the funding of the "exploration" to the founding of the government entity -- beginning when wealthy-class right-wing Europeans stole the American-landscape from the rightful owners and committed genocide against them.
Here's your free lesson(s) for the day:
      Right-wing politics are pro-wealthy-class politics.
      Right-wing politics are anti-working-class politics.
The exploration of the American-landscape was funded by European wealthy-class right-wingers.
The founding of the American government-entity was perpetrated by European wealthy-class right-wingers.
BOTH the Republican & Democrat parties are bought, owned, bribed, and controlled by wealthy-class right-wingers, most of European ancestry.
Slavery, manipulation, and exploitation are all inherent in the politics of the wealthy-class right-wingers, and in America.
Hoarding, materialism, and addiction are all inherent in the lifestyles of wealthy-class right-wingers, and in the working-class fools who vote for wealthy-class right-wingers.
The wealthy-class owners of American businesses used chattel-slave labor in the past, and working-class leftists fought against it.
The wealthy-class owners of American businesses use wage-slave labor in the present, and working-class leftists are fighting against it.
But there are too many working-class morons in America who vote for wealthy-class right-wing Repubs and wealthy-class right-wing Dems, rather than standing up to those wealthy-class right-wingers.
These working-class voters are dumb, so they vote against their own best interests. And the wealthy-class right-wingers love stupid people, because stupid people make better slaves.
That is why the wealthy-class right-wing plantation owners prevented their slaves from learning in the past, and it is the same reason why wealthy-class right-wing business owners want to defund public education in the present.
The wealthy-class right-wingers don't want educated citizens -- They want stupid slaves who are incapable of identifying their own oppressors. But, working-class leftists keep fighting against the wealthy-class right-wingers.
In fact, despite the sabotage committed by their own working-class mates who do the bidding of wealthy-class right-wingers, the working-class leftists have been somewhat successful.
Wealthy-class right-wingers have been exporting American jobs and businesses for decades because working-class American leftists have been so successful at fighting against the chattel-slavery and wage-slavery imposed by wealthy-class right-wingers. These wealthy-class American right-wingers are doing the same thing that wealthy-class Nazi right-wingers and wealthy-class Confederate right-wingers did: FLEEING.
Of course, after the wealthy-class Nazis and Confederates snuck out the door and left the working-class Germans and Southern-Americans holding the metaphorical bag, there were troubling times for the working-class Germans and Southern-Americans who couldn't afford to flee. And working-class Americans should expect the same.
When the wealthy-class right-wingers finally decide to focus all of their exploitation, manipulation, and slavery on some other group of working-class people in some other country, working-class Americans should expect to come to know the true meaning of the word "struggle."
I could go on. But, for anyone who would use such a hyperbolic phrase as "shocking" to explain something so regular as American-slavery, I presume I've already given such a person more information than they can comprehend in one sitting.
Long story short: This video/story is just continuing the exposure of the right-wing politics that are ingrained by the wealty-class into the American sh!thole.
There is literally -- not figuratively -- NOTHING shocking about this.

how old are they? I'm from a non immigrant working class family and in the 1980s and 1990s we were working part time in dirty dangerous jobs beginning at around age 12. At age 14 we could work longer hrs. In my neighborhood in Baltimore there was a 70% high school drop out rate. Parents were often addicts, some teens filed for emancipation. It was an old cycle. My mother dropped out of high school at the age of 15 to help my grandmother pay the rent. She worked in a cotton processing mill, in a peuter figurine factory... I had a dozen jobs as a teen ... yes, using illegal machinery. Good that you're exposing this, but doesn't only affect migrant workers and it is not a new development.

The farm owners paid the people less than minimum wage, then charged them rent to live in deplorable trailers with no heat or insulation.

@@monamartin9915 it's a little more intricate and complicated than that Once they successfully cross the border into the United States that's it, we are responsible for them. It's just that the problem is so overwhelming, it is literally a massive and profound human crisis and the numbers so great that as of yet, nobody has found anything remotely workable as a solution. We can put men on the moon...

No blame for the parents who send their children across the border? The border has not become more restrictive as proven by the numbers loving here for the asylum.

Not 1 owner name or management. Mess not Press. Same owners will change their names or move to a country that is OK with it. Investigating and not arresting tell you everything.

As a conservative this type of crap pisses me off and has been going on under every president for years going back. Every time I've mentioned this as a serious problem with immigration to my colleagues I've been either laughed at or told I'm trying to use it as an excuse to keep immigrants out. Its disgusting to play politics with children under any guise or by either side so thank you for putting this story out. Maybe now this will be enough to crack the coldest hearts out there who don't seem to care about the abuse of children.

If you pay attention, this has been recently. The number they found increased by more than 100000.
They are here legally and were sent to verified caregivers.
I was a foster child. What will happen to the new children to be born now to impoverished women? Will they be put to labor at a young age in Foster Care?
Did you know that in Iowa lawmakers have tried to pass laws allowing children at age 14 to do this labor? And there's kids are here legally so the corporations would be ALLOWED to let these kids work.
Plus included in that legislation would be to remove culpability on those companies if the child dies while at these jobs.

It’s crazy that people are so unable to say no to cheap labor that they can’t even see where to draw the line. At some point you are undermining humanity, not helping the company.

As a previous manager, in a restaurant company. I assure you they come in with fake documents, and you're not allowed to question those documents... the states that have E-verify takes months to get the verification back, and by then the employee has already moved to a new job. They know the system.

Wait what’s this got to do with child labor and abuse?

    • @CrashCourseFarm
      @CrashCourseFarm ปีที่แล้ว

@Hard_Cold_Truth they come in as illegal unaccompanied minors... they are placed in "care" of relatives who aren't relatives ... they are basically trafficking rings that put these kids to work with fake documents, and when these kids are paid, the money is taken and to pay off the cartels that moved them across the border. Many of these employers have no idea how old these kids are .. why because they use forged documents. The government doesn't give them new IDs once they are let in .... they purchase fakes through their own system. Sit down and talk to illegals ... once they trust you, they will tell you the stories of how they live and get ushered through the system. Minors are used as slave labor here, and they are automatically allowed to stay in the USA, so it's the best cash flow for the trafficking rings and cartels. Over the years working in restaurants, you hear their stories. The politicians won't pass E verify laws for every state, so the states that don't verify the SS# to the name they use give them the ability to hide in the system. Take some time .. research it ... everyone wants to scream about the company ... but as someone who has encountered 13 yr Olds with documents showing them as 17 and older, you can only go with what you're given. The documents look real and most states have no system to verify
