Thanks for the video. It was well explained and thorough. Told us everything we need to know to get it to the table today.

Be aware that the same district can be claimed by 2 different players. One is connecting the district points by a direct route and the other by an alternative route. That said, not all districts can be connect by a de-tour simply because you don't have enough busses. But even District 5 can be linked with 17 busses using a de-tour. Nice video BTW.

Thank you soo much you really explained it well but I am a little bit confused about the district like which one are the districts and how do we get to know that how many points we get from the districts cause in one side it’s written 3 and the other it’s written 4 could you please tell me everything about the districts

The districts really aren't too bad! You just have to have all the spots with the same number on them connected in any sort of fashion and then you get the number of points - 2 pts for District 2, 4 pts for District 4 because it's bigger. You are connecting matching numbers to each other and then you get the number of points for the number you chose. Pick a matching number area and go for it. Hope that makes sense!

Thanks for sharing this one!! I didn't realise there was a London version. I'm hoping to make it back to London at the end of this month (if my flights don't get cancelled... again!) I'm a little distracted by the place names. It would be cool if all of the stops were actual names of tube stations... but why is Elephant and Castle included??

This version is so fun, although apparently they should have run their map destinations by a Brit before publishing 😁 I don’t know what Elephant and Castle is. I assumed it was just a quirky name. Good luck on your trip!! Hope everything goes smoothly for you 🤞

@@GameLikeAMother Elephant and Castle is a tube station that i have passed through many times but never explored... just looked up what's there and found a blog article about someone trying their best to make it a destination for people :D Maybe i'll have to stop by Elephant and Castle next time i'm home haha
I realised after i commented that this is bus stops anyway. BUT pretty sure there is no bus stop called 'Big Ben' ?? I might be wrong, it's been a while!!

Hi. Great video. Um, I think you said if you take a bus on your first blind draw it’s ok to take another blind draw. My uk rules says you can’t do this.

First of all, I love when people double check my rules! I try to read through rule booklets very carefully but I do miss things sometimes. I read and reread the section on this before filming and this is what I've got for the draw transportation card action: "This action allows you to draw two Transportation cards. You may take the top card from the deck (a blind draw) or take any one of the five face up cards ... As an exception, if you take a face up Bus card as your first card, you cannot take another card on that turn. You cannot take a face up Bus card as your second card either"
So it seems pretty specific that the face up Bus cards determine whether or not you get to draw a second card. That's part of the appeal of the blind draw - the luck factor! And sometimes you would get a Bus card as your second card in a blind draw so surely that is allowed.
Hopefully that makes sense - little things like this can make a big difference in gameplay, it certainly matters to have a definitive answer!

Looks like the gameplay is exactly the same as the original Ticket ride (but a smaller/shorter version)

It’s very very close! The districts are a new element but they’re pretty simple. It’s impressive how well they were able to adapt the original into a shorter version. We really enjoy it!
