One button is only simple when it works consistently.
This blinks light thing has me really annoyed.
Descaling? Maybe a separate light would help? A separate button?

Issue with the maintenance is if you make a mistake you have to start all over and that is the stupidest thing ever literally would not buy another machine over that one thing.

Hi, I saw a Evoluo on Amazon that said it had a 40oz tank and can only make 2 cup sizes. Is this true (I'm more concerned about the cup sizes)? Can't I use any Vertuoline pod, which would give me 4 sizes even in a machine originally designed for 2?
Hello Gary. Our Evoluo machine can brew 4 cup sizes, and has a 54 oz water tank.

Hi, does the Evoluo have two 54-oz water tanks or just one? The photo shows two identical tanks (one on each side), but that isn't mentioned in this video and in most reviews. I did find a review which states, "Evoluo also comes with two water tanks compared to the one water tank in VertuoPlus..." but I need to confirm this before buying one. Would you please let me know?

Hi, we're happy to help clarify. The Vertuo Evoluo Deluxe machine has one water tank on the right side that holds 54oz. maximum. The capsule container, where used capsules eject into, is on the left side of the machine. The VertuoPlus has one water tank.

Do not buy. The pump quits working after it has gone unused for a few months.
You can fix this, I just fixed this problem actually

If I use filtered reverse osmosis water, do you still have to descale the machine periodically ?
You have to clean the machine regularly no matter what. Just as if you stay at home and don't do anything. you still have to take a shower.

How do I open the top?
Hi, this is a manual locking Vertuo machine, you should pull the lever on the top to the right and the head will open. Many thanks.

If you use cream it's best to do 30 second heat up of cream in micro. Nesspresso coffee isn't the best HOT coffee maker
