3 Jaw Lathe Chuck Modification

For one of my projects I need to hold a 200mm diameter x 8mm thick steel disk in the lathe for some machining. The work involves fully facing one side and keeping it parallel to the other side ie disk thickness must be kept as consistent as possible. To do this, I decided to modify my 3 jaw chuck to allow the attachment of stand-offs.
