RS70 Takes the Northport Curve

Decided to get some shots of the RS70 heading around the curve at Northport, then chased them down to Greenlawn for one last shot. Didn't get lucky with the weather this week but still enjoyed chasing them around as usual

i noticed that the lead engine were reversed from 156-300 to 300-156 and the freight cars were turned around!

Correct, when they arrive at Northport they runaround their train and return back West to serve Kleet Lumber

Is that a former lirr gp38-2 up front? Really nice paint job. Unlike when lirr had it.
