Add your browned meat it the final minutes of cooking the rice. Still cook the rice in the same pan you browned your meat just remove the meat to add back near the end.
Goose is gross dont matter how you cook it lol

I live in Ohio and I remember as a teenager when it was a treat to see the Canadian Geese once a year when they came. But over the years its like they just stayed, and now theres thousands of them everywhere..they crap in our yards and kill the grass..we have to get fake coyotes to scare them off..lol .Im glad they can be hunted to cut down the numbers a bit. I heard they are quite tasty if you prepare them right…

...if you get enough seasoning on it. That is no lie. Years ago at camp we cooked a goose breast totally wrapped in bacon. An old timer accused us up liking the taste of bacon and not the taste of goose. My response was "Yeah. So what's your point? 🤣🤣
