No the cost for getting a passport is not 425euros as you didn't add the German course fees upto B1 you will have to spend atleast 1200 euros. So total amount is around 1600 euros.

Mam one has to b skilled profession like Doctors Engineers or professionals. C1 level German is really very tough to pass. C1 from only Goethe or Telc is valid which is extremely tough. My daughter has passed. She has taugh time to learn the language. Also passing Goethe exams are really tough.

India does not allow dual citizenship, so you have to drop your Indian passport anyway
