    "Even without thinking we think. In fact, we think without even wanting to think. The whole trick is to think properly." I recently came across a simple suggestion for action, write on a piece of paper what worries us, what we are afraid of and then tear that piece of paper up and throw it in the garbage. It may sound funny, but with low levels of anxiety it's worth getting it out of your head this way.

      I like that idea. I think it's important that we don't keep our anxiety bottled up, even low levels can build and build over time until they become problematic. Finding a way that helps you release the concerns you have is definitely a good idea. Thank you Andrzej.
