I experience these sensations too and they scare me more than typical anxiety sensations (palpitations, racing pulse, hot flushes, etc.) It's very hard to read anything and to even talk to other people. I feel SO not myself, it's terrifying. Thank you for speaking about this! I feel less alone.

I drove my kids to school today and picked them up 😃 I keep telling myself I am capable.

Thank you for your videos👏 I have a lot of symptoms that you say, but the symptoms with my head, like the one that you said turning the head from right to left and feeling a delay… and the head-pressure when leaning over, are the ones that always throw me back in the anxiety loop. Your videos give me hope that I ll get out of this….

Hi Emilee, I have probably had pppd since 2029. A bout of vestibular neuritis started it. I have had bppv lately(harmless vertigo, but scary), so my anxiety has been off the charts. It has even become social anxiety, difficulty talking to clients(I used to be great). Do you still do one on one coaching? Do you think you could help? Thanks

Meant to say 2019, not 2029.

Hey how did you manage to get in contact or to get your emotions back? I feel like I can’t get out of that without processing emotions but I can’t get in touch with them. I somehow know there’s so much grief and anger but I honestly can’t feel it. I’m so detached.
