little update to getting an apple pie at 9:07 and just true dps in general
there is another apple pie at the ye olde inn (roadtown hotel)
if you give gros (big guy upstairs) a magnifying glass, he will shrink down and give you an apple pie for helping him (magnifying glasses are sold at the same place)
the method i had shown in the video was the only one i knew of since i didn't mess around with it too much, but if you would like to try other methods there are a few others that have been left in the comments and such that may make doing this easier
Apple pies are limited items now? Only 2 are available per save file, with these 2 npcs?

there is now a secret shop in bizville...... if you go to the right of the people having a picnic you can find 4 new cards being sold for 1 tix each
there is another new card in floor 30 in the pit
They should make a card that guarantees a successful flee. I keep trying to run from the frog and it doesn't let me. it runs away, doesn't spawn in, so I have to rejoin the server for it to appear again.

I didn’t know that Personal Baggage allowed you to re-fight bosses, that’s super useful! (especially since I messed up my Dangerous Living badge and beat the boss without Hard Mode)
im pretty sure you can refight it with a person who hasnt beaten it before with hm and it would still count
btw for the boss refights the onky one who has some interesting dialogue is cruel king which he talks about if hes in a dream and stuff
I like how he realizes his mistakes and offers to train you if you beat him enough times

another way to get true dps (for people that got the question for apple pie wrong)u need these cards:power stab power rush ante up knight and charge X2 AND THE MOST IMPORTANT PART the iron sword then step 1: have 5 or below hp step 2: start a fight using dynamite step 3: use charge on urself (it does stack) step 5: click sword then power stab (and get the +1 dmg) and congrats u got true DPS!!!!!!!!!edit: ante up is now harder to use cuz its 20% harder now
i spent 4 bux buying happy sp now i cant buy ante up anymore
for the true dps part, you dont need to use the pie to get it. if you have 3 charge cards (one on ch2 area, one from bux shop and the other from bizville card shop), baller and knight card with the 3 attack up from dynamite first strike and use 100% dynamite, you will deal exactly 12 damage. make sure to use charge before throwing the dynamite.
I’d did everything and I got 10, maybe because knight/baller doesn’t affect dynamite. The first strike with dynamite got nerfed to 2 I think as well.
@@buzzyepic8312 yeah the first strike nerf made this uh.. process i guess? outdated. the baller + knight does give +1 damage, i have tested it and also the patch mentioned it. maybe you didnt have both equip.

if you're struggling with the frog badge cuz running takes tix, js kill the frog instead and server hop, and if you have all the hard mode cards on + tix collector you'll be farming tix on the side too
8:51 you can also get the rocket, since it lowers enemy defense at this part

You can use actually three charge up cards,knight card,sword card (the stronger attack),iron sword needed,dynamite first strike buff for 11 dmg, so then you need any item from green peper or apple pie for dps

Actually doing Chapter 2 on Hard Mode (with a Baller build) took me FOREVER. It took at least 3 attempts every time I encounter a boss. And 15 for each phase of griefer!
I can’t imagine the difficulty of that with Chapter 3 enemies…
7:45 blud I had a strat that uses 4 cards only to not taken damage and those are: rocket, dynamite, rocket boots, and venomshank. It will take a lot of sp only if u have 20 or above sp
Another wwy to get True DPS:
Iron sword action command (3)+dynamite strike(2)+Knight(1)+Ante up(1)+Charge-3(3)+green pepper(2)=12 damage. Now you dont need the apple pieand can have it for the future
you can torture cruel king refight if you rapidly run

You don’t have to make a new save to refight the other bosses, you just need to join the party of someone who has not beat them yet and you can redo them

Having been scammed out of the frog badge 4, and maybe more seeing as I've written this while grinding for it, please don't ever try to get this badge BEFORE you finish your run.
4:43 the ant hill exit will also work

the bombs do self damage now , so the frog badge is easier
I think you can get true dps by having ante up, knight, 1st strike advantage (dynamite), green pepper, and a tickle stick on an enemy with 0 defense. Also use power stab with the new sword.

To obtain True DPS, there are 3 ways to get this badge
First Way:
- Green Pepper (+2 ATK and Burn yourself for 3 Turns)
- Apple Pie (Double amount of ATK for 3 Turns in exchance being unable to Superguard)
- Ante Up (+1 Stat ATK)
- Power Stab (+2 +2 ATK, +4 ATK as landed on green)
- Knight (+1 Sword Base Damage)
- First Strike
- Iron Sword Obtained (+1 Sword Base Damage)
Total Damage: 22 Damage (23 with Dynamite First Strike)
Second Way:
- Power Rush (+1 ATK if HP is 5 or less)
- Power Stab (+2 ATK, +4 ATK as landed on green)
- Knight (+1 Sword Base Damage)
- Charge (x3)
- Dynamite First Strike
- Iron Sword Obtained (+1 Sword Base Damage)
Total Damage: 12 Damage
Third Way:
- Softerner (-2 DEF to 1 enemy for 3 turns) [First Turn]
- Ante Up (+1 Sword Base Damage)
- Power Rush (+1 ATK if HP is 5 or less)
- Charge (x3)
- Power Stab (+2 Damage, +4 Damage as landed on green)
- Iron Sword Obtained (+1 Sword Base Damage)
Total Damage: 12 Damage
Note:
Title Stick item was used to reduce enemy defense by 3 before Demo 2 Update, now is reduced enemy defense by 1

i think true dps is achievable without apple pie!
4 damage from power stab
+3 atk from dynamite strike/start
+1 atk from ante up card
+1 atk from knight card
+2 atk from green pepper
+1 atk from charge card
and i think you can use tickle stick if you want since it reduces enemy defense by 3, but its kinda rare since it drops from enemies. or maybe you can stack charges, idk tho.
and that (without tickle stick) totals to 12 damage. im gonna try this later (cuz im broke) to see if it works!
Edit: green pepper and charge dont stack actually. so you need the iron sword and green pepper, you dont need charge

the next item will be ghostwalker, blocks tales swords are followed by all the classic elemental swords, and when you beat chap 2 and return to the save files menu, you'll see that the card on your save menu is actually ''ghostly'' stuff going around the sword, and what classic sword have that? it's ghostwalker (or Illumina)

@@thindook oh yea, forgot about ghost walker I'm very sure it's the ghost walker next demo, since we got venomshank and ice dagger,which is the correct names for the classic swords,
also I don't think darkheart is gonna be next cuz it have something to do with ghost, and only ghostwalker or Illumina have it, but there's a higher chance it's the ghost walker cuz it's literally have ghost in its name
Their is ghost potion and lantern (prob not available in chap 3) and hyperball which is the ball upgrade
Also ghostwalker makes you harder to hit for 3 turns

Is there any difference to how you get the first strike like ball,sword, or dynomite
dynamite first strike boosts your attack power by 2 as opposed to the 1 when getting a first strike with the ball/sword

Dynamite start (2dmg)
Charge lv 5 (5dmg)
Dynamite throw EXCELLENT (5dmg)
They changed first hit so this is a new way, not the new way.

this purple frog used bomb on me and it said i barely survived 😭🙏
on dps some enemy had defense on and bc of that the sword hit em and i did only 11 dmg and i cant get apple pie again bc i got it from the inn guy because i cant do retries bruhhh

**SPOILERS** i think
it took us 3 and a half HOURS to beat the first phase of the final bossfight and everything before that, we beat the 2nd phase first try :P
Please give me tips, I'm doing it with 2 other people aswell and funilly enough we did the first phase first try but we cant do the second for the life of us.
The timing is really weird so we struggle with that, any tips at all?

@@d.chriss hey man, i managed to do it solo, took me very long. my advice is just to spam dynamites on the bosses becuz it totally ignores the bosses' defense and does quite the amount of damage
and of course, practice makes perfect, u need to learn when to block
@@d.chriss sorry for the late reply, but we just threw ourselves at it until we won.
but for the 2nd phase (and actual tips), just spam click/space to dodge the plant fury or the tendril attack. the bite attack you will have to normally dodge. and for acid rain you have to press dodge as soon as you see it from the top of your screen (odd timing but thats how you dodge). if you do it solo you could also attack > defend, and repeat till they are dead, or item/heal > defend

Use level one for hp then bp for the next and get a friend to help you and get hp+ and sp+

I Somehow Didn’t Get The Chapter 2 Badge Upon Beating It, I Was On Solo, I Was Also Using Training Wheels Since The 2nd Phase Of Griefer Was Annoying.
(I did the boss fight again in the airports final boss refighting place without the card but DIDNT get it)

the level cap after BEATING chapter 2 is level 12, however before chapter 2 is level 9, and before chapter 1 is level 6.

I actually have another way to get true dps without apple pie, you gotta use
Knight + 1 attack
Ante up + 1 attack
Power stab + 2 attack
Iron sword + 3 attack
Green pepper + 2 attack
Struck first with dynamite + 2 attack
Ask somebody to use rocket launcher on the enemie you are going to hit so the enemie has -1 deffense, and thats it
They gotta not fumble it up or Charge card
10 bp or 9 in total
